"All the windows were filthy so you couldn’t really see the beach view from the hot tub or from the hotel room. There was barely hot water pressure in the shower and there was no hot water on my day for checkout. There were many times there was no service for long amounts of time at the front desk.. Needed towels. The hot tub was cold the day that I left"

"Nighttime leader who check us in was kind of rude or short. How ever you wish to take her tone. I was told I would pay one amout when checking but, yet the whole amount was still ran. About the room. Cracked floor, had to wear flip flops the entire time. The refrigerator door dragged on the floor when opening or closing. The tub had rust and cracks in it. As a family we went out for dinner, came back to a broken elevator. Had to wait until the manainace person showed up. About 20mins or so. No we could not use the stairs because my husband is in a wheelchair."
