It was a really cozy New Year's Eve. Absolutely loved the calming and relaxing sauna, jacuzzi and pool. They do great breakfast as well. Loved it! Highly recommend it to people looking for a cozy getaway in a nice neighborhood.

Amazing stay at this hotel. The facilities were superb we spent time in the jacuzzi, pool and gym. The room was also amazing. A great stay here

I’ve stayed at The Beeches a couple of times when I need to be in town, mainly due to the extensive gym and calming spa area. On the last trip though, I discovered that the staff are amazing, they went above and beyond to help out, so now I’ll be returning also for the fabulous hospitality. And the Sunday roast!

This must be one of the WORST experiences I’ve had. Arrived in January to no heating in the room. Question reception and was told it was on a timer ! Who’s choosing that heating shouldn’t be on in a room when guests arrive!!?? I was told that heating was on in other rooms but as they were full they count move me! I was offered a portable heater which was ok. Adequate. However the bathroom was so cold it was like walking into a refrigerated room - better as an extra cold storage for the kitchen than a bathroom! When you turn the the lights on the fan also comes in so draws a residual heat from the tiny radiator (that was on) out. However that was also on a timer and so the bathroom remained like a fridge. I had to put towels in the floor because it was tiled and so cold and shower in the dark because that was the only way to at least retain some warmth from the hot water. This is absolutely crazy and unacceptable to not allow the guest to have control of the heating - if you have a timer it should be going off from check out time to check in - but then I still feel sorry for any guest that are there longer than overnight. The front desk and restaurant people were sympathetic but this overshadowed the whole stay. Shame because the room was good otherwise and the food in restaurant was lovely. Note - I have reviewed this on the hotels own website which asked if I would like a call back - I put yes but haven’t heard anything for over a week?

The hotel was very nice and the room was spacious and clean. However i was woken up at 0600 hrs by the chef clattering about and a very loud extractor fan or boiler below my room. It wasn't just my room affected, all three of my friend's in the same block also complained about the noise. These rooms should either be sound proofed or not used.

The hotel was very good a typical older property that had been converted so it's a bit of a rabbit warren however the room was excellent and the spa and gym facilities are as good as any 5star hotel it's close to all of Nottinghams sporting grounds which are well within walking distance. Highly recommended to anyone who is visiting Nottingham.

Arrived at the hotel for my birthday, the room was lovely. Very clean and smelt nice too, fresh towels on the beds. Everything we needed for our stay, the staff where all lovely, very welcoming and the lady behind the bar was great.

Return visit, stayed a year ago and was very impressed. Made full use of the gym, pool, hot tub and sauna and an exceptional evening meal in the restaurant. Our favourite hotel.
