米婭的房間(Mia's Rooms)

Purtroppo la camera a noi assegnata era un mezzo disastro. Pulita in generale si, anche arredata decentemente, nulla di che, ma questo non è sufficiente per ospitare. Piccola, buia da sembrare un loculo, prese non funzionanti, se non due in bagno, muffa alle pareti sia in bagno che nella camera da letto, piccolissima finestra del bagno inagibile per via dei piccioni e dei loro bisogni neanche puliti dal personale di servizio, tenda del bagno sporca, doccino mal funzionante che perdeva acqua da tutte le parti, puzza dappertutto di muffa ovviamente! Vabbè, per una notte si può anche fare, ma sinceramente non siamo rimasti contenti affatto. Le foto sono ingannevoli! La sola cosa molto positiva è che si trova in pieno centro. Fate voi.

Tout s’est très bien passé. La chambre est propre et mignonne, sur la rue principale.

Not sure how this happened, but I was able to book while they were closed for the off season! I arrived to a locked building, and it was only because the kind shopkeeper next door called the owners that anything was able to be resolved. They did give me alternate accommodations at a different property nearby (Hercules suites) which was perfectly nice, but then they tried to tell me I hadn't actually been charged and needed to leave cash. When I sent screenshots of my receipt and credit card charges they let it go. Still, it was a lot of unnecessary stress and hassle, and I would not book here again.

Excellent position and very nice and comfortable rooms, with a super clean service. Amazing! I suggest everyone to book a reservation here to spend a fabulous vacation right in the center of Noto and visit the art of Barocco.
