When I arrived to this hotel for my one night stay, I was warmly greeted by Cloe. 10 minutes before my arrival, I called the hotel and Cloe professionally answered the phone and gave me all the details about my stay. During the check in process, Cloe was very delightful, professional and very friendly. Also Irlene at the front desk was very friendly. It is a pleasure to go to a hotel and feel welcomed and being exposed to people who really care about guests and the hotel. Cloe is a great asset to that property. Great job!

我最近剛剛住在諾伍德的這家酒店福朋喜來登。我會向前台經理Jane表示感謝,從我入住到最後,她都非常樂於助人。她給了我一些細節,在哪裏參觀,和購物區。餐廳小酒館很不錯,食物很棒。早餐更不用說扎查里亞餐廳了非常非常好。我一定會推薦這家酒店。房間呢,寬敞舒適乾淨。一個大大的謝謝所有工作人員👏👏👏👏👏👌

Clean and convenient hotel to our family event in Sharon. Breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold options. We stayed in a 2 Queen suite with a sofa bed and the room was very large. Beds were comfortable and shower pressure was good. Very quiet even though there seemed to be a large group of hockey players.
