Le café est gratuit au bar pendant l'heure du petit déjeuner , essayez de prendre une chambre avec cuisine car le petit déjeuner qui n'est plus un buffet reviens très cher,la cuisine acceptable mais plus aussi bon qu'avant,bon accueil de la réception mention spéciale à Alfredo pour son accueil,sa gentillesse et son sourire !! les femmes de chambre performantes mais au niveau anglais elles devraient prendre des cours.. heureusement je pratique un peu l'espagnol, la chambre calme, matelas très confortable, cuisine, manque du matériel pour cuisiner facilement même pas de passoire pour écouter les pâtes, quelques améliorations serait appréciée

Perfectly fine for sleeping and showering. Nice staff at the front desk. The interior is dated but functional. It would make the most sense to stay here for an overnight after an event at the hotel. The “fitness center” is very small with a few cardio machines and weight. Coin laundry is available

The pictures are very deceiving - as they are of the Guesthouses not the main hotel. I thought I was booking at an Inn, but I was really booked at a regular ole chain hotel. One that charges $8 per person per day for their pool! (you should really change this policy for paying overnight guests - why should we pay additional for facilities like this?) There's also nowhere to walk to from here, so if you're without a car expect to be paying for Ubers everywhere (which is fine as they're readily available). Overall, felt this was just a typical hotel stay whereas I was looking at the "18th century Inn" and was really confused as to why I was paying to use hotel facilities after paying for the hotel.

We come often to this Inn's conference center as a business group, and are always impressed with the style, decor, the service, the rooms, the location is second to none. Dining is a treat in the ballrooms and in the restaurant/lounge. The group has a great time.

Very nice, though rooms a little small. We were only there for 1 night.

We had a business conference and some guests stayed at Guest House with my partner. It was unbelievable historic experience. In keeping with CT rich history, this home pre-dates the revolutionary war, but is restored to Queen Victorian style. A must stay.

The Norwalk Inn is a gem - unlike the cookie cutter chain hotels, this family-run business feels more lux-boutique. Everything about the inn is clean. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated with super comfortable beds and linens. The new addition - third floor - rooms are luxurious and quiet (no traffic sounds, etc.) and this is where I recently stayed. The guest house rooms for a group are well designed and comfortable. If you want to treat yourself and get a great night sleep, this is the place. On site restaurant and atrium/bar area, nice open lobby, friendly and helpful staff and easy, free parking.

I had to stay in Norwalk for 5 days and I booked a room at Norwalk Inn. I received a very good welcome. I have been satisfied since my first day. The room was very clean with a modern toilet, fast service, an office at my disposal. The menu is special and is not very Ubiquitous, Most of them are not everywhere. The foods are well prepared and well decorated make you want to have more and I had all types of drinks at my disposal, (Cocktails, Wine, etc). It was a very good experience.
