塔扎納旅館(Tarzana Inn)

Sorry for my English, my first language is Spanish but I will try my best. I arrive, the guys in the front desk was not really happy because I told him I want the first floor because my son is in a weelchair, with bad manner told me you didnt mention on your reservation, I apology and he give me the first floor. I found hairs inside my blackets, and bed smell bad, hairs everywere, we went to front desk and even show pictures told us they will send somebody to clean, we went out at night time they didn't clean finally they did sunday, this hapoen friday. Then finalky we sleep better. I will never recomend this hotel. So sorry

I asked the front desk if there was a vending machine since there was no water in my room. She just shook her head no and said there was a liquor store down the street. It was late and very dark and I am a single, senior woman. I'm very unhappy I stayed there. Loud noises all night, uncomfortable bed and hard pillows. Wish I had upgraded to the Marriott.

Really ghetto and disgusting. There was a colony of dead bug in the corner behind the curtain, the sheets had stains, and the ground was dusty as hell with someone else’s hair in the vanity area. We didn’t get a wink of sleep because we were so grossed out but it was too late in the night to do anything. Finally laid out some towels to sleep on but woke up in the morning to see stains on those as well.

I really like to stay in Tarzana Inn, the only problem that I have was the noise at night. They put me in a room near the street and it was difficult to sleep well.

The property was clean and staff was friendly. Liked that it was not far from CSun Northridge where we dropped off our daughter to school. Also close to the freeway. Breakfast was given un a box, could have been better but ok.

There were people up all night screaming outside of the room and the people above my room were stomping all night until 5am 😕 so I didn't sleep. I just wish I would have had better rest.

I had the worst experience staying at the Tarzana Inn. The hotel was dirty, run down and definitely not worth the price I paid for it. The room was in a horrible state - the covers and toilet paper were cheap and spoiled, and the overall cleanliness of the room was just unacceptable. The safety of the hotel was also questionable. The parking lot was cramped and poorly lit, making me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The lack of security measures added to my unease, and I felt like anyone could walk in at any time. Moreover, the hotel was overpriced for the quality of service it offers. The amenities were lacking, and the staff was unhelpful and unwelcoming. It's not worth paying so much money for such a terrible experience. The level of safety was disappointing as there were no fire alarms or extinguishers, and no safety procedures were given during the check-in process. This made me uneasy throughout my stay, and I didn't feel safe at all. Overall, I will never stay at the Tarzana Inn again. The experience was horrible, and I found no redeeming qualities about this hotel. If you're looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming place to stay, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

This my 4th time staying in Tarzana Inn Is clean and we had never had any problems. The parking is also great. The rooms are remodel. I like how the showers are tile there always hot water. The rooms always smell fresh and clean. A big plus the rooms have no carpet.
