Proffessional, kind, patient and customer centric service. Its a home away from home. Clean, beautiful and very quite. Very safe environment and the owners and staff goes beyond and above to make you feel at home. For business purposes, that's the right place to be.

Nice place very clean and well looked after. The host is amazing and cooked us a delicious home cooked meal with desert on our day of arrival. Geat people

We were friendly welcomed and the room was very neat, altough we made our booking almost a month in advance, and we specifically asked for a certain room. When we arrived at the guesthouse we were taken to another room, the excuse for not getting the room we booked was becuase one of the workers of the guesthouse was unaware that the specific room was actually booked for us and the room was then given to someone else. I feel the mistake should have feen rectified by the owner of the guesthouse the moment she was made aware of it, and not just accept that we can be put in another room without even asking us if it would d be okay. The room we were put in is definitely not a room I would have booked to stay in, but unfortunately we did not have a choice

Steve & Ann are great at running this establishment, A must should you find yourself in or around Kroonstad, The amenities are great, the Garden & Pool area are fantastic, I'd do it again & again - Thanks to Ann, Steve & Staff.

By far the best guesthouse we've stayed at in Kroonstad. Booking process was seamless with excellent service from management. Had a warm welcome from Anne-Lize who made sure all of our individual needs were catered to. Clean rooms with high quality linen and stunning decorations. The lush and well kept gardens attributed to a holiday feel on our way to Cape Town. Would recommend Oh-So-You Guesthouse to any traveler, be it for work or pleasure.

The lodge is perfectly situation, amenities within range and the suburb is safe for one to take a walk/run. We were given a warm welcome by the owner and the rooms were homely and comfortable. I would definately recommend this place as it gives that home away from home feel. The one thing that I was not satisfied with was the breakfast that we were served. Given that breakfast is considered to be the most important meal of the day, not much effort was put into the food we were given and the food didn't even look appetising but this does not take away the fact that we enjoyed our stay.
