Great stay, will return. Nice small basic room but still had coffee and fridge and even a few breakfast offerings at office. Pool opens in mid June. Very clean and well maintained. Had nice campfire at night a short distance away.

Great property for a one night stay. Small room but updated, clean & comfortable. They offered cookies at check in, cinnamon rolls & coffee for breakfast & had a bonfire in evening.

Tom started a fire in the pit most nights. Worked gteat for roasting corn and having a few drinks. Site is economical and close to bar harbor. Nice breakfast snack selection.

The property was great. We went to the campfires a couple of nights. There is a nice winery within walking distance. Our door stuck pretty badly. Request to not stay in 14. Our only real issue is the bed was not great. My wife and I are older. We have a very nice mattress at home because of our backs.

As mentioned in other reviews, the room is small however, it was all that two people needed. Love the location because it was an easy drive to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. There was a fire pit that was lit each night and overall we had a great stay here and would stay again.

I cannot believe we paid this much money for the smallest bathroom and room ever. Plus when we arrived, we had to physically remove several crickets from the room. This property is way overpriced, and we should have stayed a few miles down the room for half the cost. The people who worked there were nice enough and must be laughing all the way to the bank.

The room was very small but with all the standard accommodations. The bed I think I was a standard Queen, tiny coffee pot, tiny desk, tiny TV, tiny shower, tiny sink. Everything was clean, there was a tiny A/C wall unit and tiny heater, but I didn't need either while I was there. There was also a mini fridge that I didn't really expect so that was a bonus. The ice/laundry room across the parking lot had a toaster oven and microwave for guests to use. The biggest problem was a lack of weather *****ping on the door which lead sound and light to come straight in, if there had been cold air that would have come in as well. I would hope they'd fix that now that I brought it to their attention.

This motel was adequate for our stay of 2 nights. It was pricey based on the accommodations.

Older roadside place but about what you would expect. Noisy heater, tiny bathroom, but cozy enough for a couple of nights. Decent breakfast, friendly clerk.
