The stag is always always always so very helpful and friendly. The amenities are great. This stay not what I’m used too. Remote did not work bed was broken sofa bed mattress did not fit frame and elevators broken. I did not get what I paid for. This did not stop the staff from being phenomenal but the other issues to me were pretty major especially being with little kids.

tv channels plenty....water was warm not hot...coffee promised to be 24 hours available was luke warm and told i couldnt get into room 10 minutes early or i would be charged 25 dollars extra. told 50 dollars extra for incidentles to be credited on my card.. something weird here. what incidentles???

The water pressure was terrible...on our last morning there was no breakfast ready at 7:15 and the decaf coffee wasn't fresh...warmed up from the day before....after midnight it was still rather noisy.....we stayed 2 nights and had to get our own fresh towels.

The was no airport shuttle. The room looks clean, but not . If you have allergies to dust, this is not a good hotel to stay in. You will have a horrible time sleeping in the room, with severe allergy attacks all night.

Clean hotel. Helpful and friendly front desk and management staff. Only issue was housekeeping forgot to change linens and towels one day after I asked them to. Otherwise, good service.

The bedding and the towels were not clean, the handicap room we were in was not clean, the night stands were sticky and not wiped down. Greasy hand prints everywhere, the water from the shower went all the way to the room entry door. The bed was on a downhill slope to the headboard.

This place is dirty! Dirty pillowcases dirty sheets! The hotel is run down the only nice thing is the lobby. Has a weird smell sometimes in the elevator. Didn’t have hot water for a shower. Needs major updating. I would stay far away from this place.
