緯度26水上精品度假村 - 波尼塔泉(Latitude 26 Waterfront Boutique Resort - Bonita Springs)

Nous sommes repzrtis juste après le check in la chzmbre etait sale et presque aveugle entre parking poubelles et chantier... la lumière au plafond de la chambre ne marche pas la porte de la salle de douche ne ferme pas tout sent mauvais... nous sommes donc aller dormir dans deux autres hôtels pour les 2 nuits prévues et avons perdu quelques centaines d'euros... jai fait une réclamation par l'assistant virtuel mais sans suite.

En general la experiencia fue encantadora y en especial la atención brindada por el staff las señoras Mila y Janes, dulces y encantadoras personas preocupadas por hacer de nuestra estadía lo mas confortable posible y dejandonos muy satisfecho. Definitivamente volveremos

Hidden gem

We liked the location and the opportunity to use kayaks and bikes for free. Poorly insulated walls, could hear everything from hallway and other guests entering and leaving rooms. The door to our room had a big gleap at the bottom which let light and noise in.

Good location older facility thin walls and windows which makes road noise unbearable. Parking is very limited and you have to back out into a divided 4 lane road to get out of a parking spot if you are able to park in one of the 5-6 spots

Great little place by the water. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The scented plug ins are really too much though.

It’s our second stay at this property and we were quite disappointed this time. When we checked in the room, we noticed some weird pieces of dirt spread around one of the nightstands as well as on the floor. The bathroom had unpleasant smell. The nails holding the bathroom door hang were coming off.. The bathroom tap water pressure was extremely low. One of the beach towels had brown stains. The garbage bin in the coffee corner was broken. In addition, the provided blanket wasn’t warm enough and there was no extra blanket that you would normally find in the hotel room, there was no one in the reception area at that time to ask for it, so our night was rather uncomfortable. I took all the photos as a proof. Overall, this is definitely not what you expect from a place that costs almost $200 per night!

Place is on very noisy road. It's not a Hotel! It's cheap motel. Don't expect anything fancy,room smells like Pine sol !!! I don't even know where to start:( Wallas paper thin, you can hear people from at least 3 rooms around. Sticky floor. I will not recommend it to book here to anyone!

We were unable to stay due to no handicap and overall no parking spots available specifically only 3 cars could fit and overflow parking was available a block and a half away. Informed the hotel phone number due to “self check-in” and was still charged for my stay.
