There is no elevator located on this property. ☆ Located across the street from the ocean and just south of Cherry Grove Point--a small, secluded section of beach located at the Northernmost tip of North Myrtle Beach☆ The 53rd Avenue park and boat ramp are conveniently located just down the street to the south. ☆ Open-concept style featuring new LVP flooring throughoutTHE KITCHEN and LOUNGE☆ The kitchen features high end appliances including an induction cooking stove top, beautiful stone counter-tops, massive amounts of cabinets, and stylish tiled back-splash. ☆ The living room is spacious and features coastal themed furniture and the couch has a Queen Size pullout mattress. ☆ 55 inch Smart TV. ☆ Electric fireplace for extra warmth and ambiance. ☆ The balcony overlooks the pool and the beach. ☆ This condo includes Wifi, Cable TV, and lots of games and books ☆ Each room has ceiling fans and there is central AC.THE BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS☆ Master Bedroom- The primary bedroom also overlooks the pool and ocean, features a Queen sized bed, and attached bathroom. ☆ The bathroom has beautiful fixtures, a huge tiled shower, and even includes a lighted make up mirror on the wall.
