The hotel is tucked in behind a competitor's hotel but was easy enough to find. Check in was efficient and the staff was friendly. The room smelled strongly of cleanser but was clean. The main problem was that the elevator was out of service and our handicap room was on the fourth floor. They were able to give us a non handicap room on the second floor but that still involved climbing stairs. Who doesn't have handicap accessible rooms on the ground floor?

Wish I had read my own review before booking this place. The hotel and the rooms were clean, and the staff is pleasant. King bed had some of the smallest pillows I've ever seen, that was weird. They've clearly invested a lot of money to convert something tired and run down into something nicer, but- walking through the building all we could muster was "what have we done to ourselves". When we pulled in the parking lot, we kind of already knew this place was going to be unique, just looking at the folks milling around the parking lot. This is not your hotel for a romantic weekend away...it's a stop, sleep, be gone hotel. Regretted booking non-refundable....I'd have never gone inside after pulling in the parking lot.

Very clean and extremely nice facility. Big improvement from years past. Claudia and Edward made our stay very comfortable. We will definitely return.

It’s good for the price especially if you are traveling with a pet. The staff has poor communication. I called the night before to give them a heads up about my pet and when I got there, the rep didn’t have a clue. Then I was told all pet rooms have floors not carpet but my room had a carpet. As you can imagine, pet rooms with carpets don’t smell very good. There were always shady people hanging out at the back of the hotel. But other than that, a fair stay with our dog. Very pet friendly which I am grateful for.

On my receipt it showed charges for pets is 20 a night and the agent at the front desk charged me 25 for each night. 10 dollars is not that big of deal but it is the principle of it.

Walking into the property, the pool area and pool were dirty. Check in was easy, the problem began with the room. It was cold when we arrived, turned on the heat to 72 degrees, the smoke detector goes off and the smell emitted from it was bad. Which intensified the fresh paint smells, which the property had failed to let the room air out. The room itself looked as if it was still under renovation and the floors had not been mopped in a while. Our feet kept sticking to the floor and when we got out of the shower, walked into the bedroom area to dress, we dried out feet and the towel was black! Gross!! The buffet was underwhelming. The eggs and potatoes were hard, coffee was very weak and no one to clean up after people, so table were sticky and messy. I wish I would have not booked here. My husband and I both woke up sick from the paint smells from coughing all night long. Do not stay here! It’s the worst!!

he staff was very professional and nice. They made are stay easy and relaxing. Will return and tell others about it.

Great location convinient to market, restaurants, great community across with intervoastal views for walks with dogs or by yourselves.

The room smelled like very strong insecticide or cleaner. It was overpowering. The bed was very hard and pillows were old and squashed.
