Paid a fortune to stay here, the fellow at the desk was very friendly at check in. The problem came when I got to the room and the air conditioning didn’t work. It was midnight and we’d been traveling all day and were too tired to deal with the problem. If I’m paying almost $400/night, the air conditioning should work.

Room was a bit musty smelling even though it was visually very clean. Not sure if there was an issue with the AC - but all of us woke up with headaches the 2 days we were there - once we got home our headaches finally went away. Breakfast was good and coffe tasted great.

The room had an overwhelming odor as we walked in. The curtains had holes, and the carpet needs to be replaced because it is old, discolored and we felt uncomfortable walking on it without shoes.

The hotel room was very spacious and clean. Check in was easy. However, I was not aware of the service fee and parking fee. The parking lot is located under the hotel with minimum parking. You have to parking behind each other. If you are the last car to parking to are supposed to give the front desk your keys, in case the car in front has to get out. We had to wait 20 to 30 minutes to leave the hotel, because the person behind me failed to leave their key at the front desk and we were in a time. crunch too.

Alexander (recepción) fue muy amable, hotel y cuarto limpio. Accesible a parques de Universal y Warner Studios (10 min en carro). Hay lugar de estacionamiento bajo techo pero cobran $20 por día, el cual no está incluido en la tarifa del hotel. El desayuno es de 7 a 9 am. La comida es lo que necesitas para iniciar el día, básica pero deliciosa.

Had to pay extra for parking that they said was complimentary. Air conditioning was not working. People next door were loud all nite. We got no sleep
