威徹斯特萬豪飯店(Westchester Marriott)

As someone who uses mass transit, the fact that there is a bus stop so very close to the hotel entrance was a HUGE convenience. In addition, although this was not my first time staying at a Marriott Hotel, it was my first time at this particular Marriott. The level of customer service exceeded my expectations, then again, I would expect nothing less from the staff of a Marriott Hotel. They are all truly masters of customer service.

The room and floor were great, a bit under construction which was fine. Dining options excellent, Ruth Chris steak house AMAZING I did find 2 live cockroaches crawling in the bathroom & killed them immediately Advise exterminator services throughout, coming upon that killed my stay experience that I left that night

Efficiently run large hotel for stop over when traveling through the area. Noisy lively bar area as you arrive in the building which makes it difficult to hear receptionists on check in.?

Nice hotel spacious room with a comfortable bed. Excellent fitness center. Very nice place to stay.

Nice accommodations. I was overcharged for a room service fee, repeatedly emailed and called about it, and received no solution or communication in return.

Everything was great But I learn never book a room on line call and make reservation with the hotel because booking on line paint a different picture of what you are getting like a pool that this hotel doesn’t have and etc…. But nevertheless my stay was great and the staff was excellent and helping me

It was conveniently located for the purpose of our trip. Breakfast was above average considering hotel breakfast in the US. I still don’t understand that they knew we were three adults in the room, but only two had breakfast included. It would be different if instead of three adults, we’ve had been two adults and two kids.

This place is nice but the customer service is on a different level !! I truly can’t believe they have managers that act like children. I also was charged more then a few times for things I didn’t get

Hotel is clean and comfortable, but shower was luke warm at best and restaurant food and service was terrible. Ordered breakfast tacos and they were just scrambled eggs in Ortega corn tortillas, no chorizo as advertised. It took 25 minutes to get coffee.
