威廉斯旅館(The Williams Inn)

We were given the worst room with the view of parking lot. No pool no outdoor hot tub. I was up every hour with the sound of the some kind of outdoor clock ding. There was an annoying little light in the ceiling all night that flashed & moved probably from a smoke detector. I called in the morning explaining that to the staff & asked to relay the message to the manager. I got no call from the manager even at the check out the receptionist knew about it but the manager didn’t bother to come to talk to us. We arrived around 2 earlier than checking in but the room was not ready, I asked the staff to call us when the room is ready no one called & finally at 4 we went there & got the room with the parking view! At the hotel restaurant I ordered gyro probably the worst gyro I’ve had even the bread wasn’t warmed up, the added chicken I asked was big chunks with no flavor. The hotel is new but it’s missing basic pool or hot tub and the staff should get back to guests when they’re not happy. For the $350 a room I paid, expected better. Hopefully my feedback will help to improve for future, otherwise it is a clean an new hotel.

Very zen hotel. Acoustics not great. Great to have coffee, tea and water on each floor. Beautiful rooms and floors. Mattress a bit lumpy. Lovely landscaping outdoor seating and lobby. Highly recommend.

Great locale, very nice restaurant, great design/interiors. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back next time we visit the north half of the Berkshires.

The hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. While everything was quiet and peaceful, The heat was a little loud (probably amplified due to everything being quiet). I still highly recommend it.

The Inn is a quaint and beautiful property. It reflects the New England surroundings perfectly.

Great place for a quiet getaway...restaurant on site is excellent...staff is great and helpful...can walk right into town...only complaint is bed ,while comfortable, was too low!
