阿洛伊普魯士王村希爾頓逸林飯店(The Alloy King of Prussia - a DoubleTree by Hilton)

I almost cancelled my reservation after reading all of the reviews on Google and I’m glad I didn’t. We had an amazing stay here other than one issue that I’ll get to. The property was clean and the staff were very friendly. I’m not sure why some reviews said the walls were paper thin. We could barely hear anything from the hall and unless no one was staying next to us, we didn’t hear anything between the walls. My only issue is that we specifically requested housekeeping and they never came during our stay. That said, overall it was nice definitely worth the price in my opinion.

Two reasons I wanted a hotel. It utterly failed on both: Let us just say, there were no "Do not Disturb Signs" and that resulted in a poor experience. The pool wasn't heated. The towels were the worst I've ever had. If I were returning, I'd bring my own---yes, that's right, the hotel is so bad, people GIVE towels to it. There's the ubiquitous sense of cost cutting everywhere: acoustics in public area were gawd awful because zero decorations/cloth/design. Towels. Starbucks staffed only til noon, then no coffee. Aleve was over 2 bucks a pill, no life guard no heating on pool. no daily sheet changing. those little shampoo and conditioner bottles? no, none of them. Soap wasn't worth stealing--they didn't have bars of it. I've been in better that charge hourly rates.

I went for my family reunion. The facility was very nice. My mom had a handicapped room i called and stop by the desk to get her room cleaned. The first 2 times they said sure it will be done. The ladt time i was told it was too late SMH. I then asked for trash bags and clean linen so i could do it myself. This is poor customer service.

The Alloy is a bit of a mixed bag. On the plus side, my room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and it was relatively quiet. The bar/restaurant has surprisingly good food, and the staff was great. On the con side, the drain in my shower was backed up. I think they might have tried to fix it, but it still came dangerously close to overflowing each morning. The gym wasn't great - it has Pelotons, but the rest of the equipment was not great. The location isn't terrible nice, either. Kind of in the middle of an endless mall, so there was nowhere that you could - or would want to - walk.

Easy check in. They give you a couple of delicious cookies at check in which was a nice touch. Unfortunately our AC wasn’t working properly but they were able to switch us into another room pretty quickly. Friendly staff. I would stay here again.

This our second stay at Alloy - King of Prussia. Very comfortabale rooms. Lobby is beautiful and lively. Such a perfect place to stay whenever we are in the area.

I paid for 3 rooms one being handicap for my 85 year old mom. They were giving me rooms all over. The clerk worked to get 2 rooms on 1 floor and the handicap room on the floor below.
