諾克羅斯-桃樹角歡朋飯店(Hampton Inn Peachtree Corners/Norcross)

While checking in, the original room we were sent to was not ready for a guest. The door was open and a fan was blowing in the carpet next to the bed and the trim on bottom of wall was removed. We had to go back down to front desk and be moved to another room. After we unpacked in that room, I noticed a smell of vomit on the carpet between the beds. I went down and spoke to front desk. At that point I was too exhausted (I had a migraine) to change rooms again. I went to publix and got a bottle of febreeze to try to cover the smell. It only helped a little. And last night there as iw as fluffing my pillows for bed, I noticed dried chunks of vomit on headboard in bed closest to door. So no, I was not pleased with the room at all. The evening clerk was very friendly but the cleanliness was severely lacking. I feel a partial refund is not asking or expecting too much at all..

Overall our stay was really good! Its not as great as other Hampton Inns, but the beds and shower were clean and that is my 2 biggest things. We dont spend a lot of time in our room, so as longs as those 2 things are clean we are fine. It said it had a fridge, but not microwave, but when we got to our room, it had both!

This is a true embarrassment for a Hilton. This is barely a two star hotel. It is old, elevators were dirty and scratched up. Our room was dirty, we went and got cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves. Our toilet, when flushed, pushed water everywhere. You would spend five minutes drying the toilet, wall, and floor. Not to mention how disgusting that is. We told the woman at the desk, but nothing was done, not even delivering the towels we needed to keep drying things. They had a large group of 40-50 people checking in daily which tied the desk up to where you could never get any help from the 1 person working the desk the whole time. I did talk to the manager on our way out, he was nice and said he would talk to the staff about improving it. Nothing was really offered in way of compensation for such a terrible stay. I used to believe in Hilton, but the last two hotels (This one and the Hilton Garden Inn in Marietta) we stayed in were so dirty that I don't think we can use them anymore

I travel frequently and use Hampton inn all the time. This location always has the lowest quality breakfast and lack of choices. It's like they are doing the "Bare" minimum . other locations go out of their way to be helpful. My previous visit here none of the garbage cans were empty and garbage was everywhere falling on the floor. As I manage people for a living this a**osphere stems from weak management at this location

This was so overpriced. It was filthy and had mold all in the room. The pillows were terrible and the mattress wasnt much better. The hole property was this dirty as well. It should be a legal requirement for hotels to have to post actual photos of their rooms. The amazing rating of this hotel on Orbitz is 100 percent fake. It's a 5 at best. And for the price you can find a whole lot better.

The hotel is run-down and dirty. The room had dirty bedding and broken fixtures in bathroom. Bathtub lifting up . People were loitering outside hotel into early morning hours. Questionable activity. No AC in hallways, graffiti in elevators, people had spit on elevator walls. Avoid this hotel

This Hampton Inn is surprisingly antiquated considering the way it looks on the website and on the exterior. It looks like they may be working on it as there are a few storage trailers outside in the parking lot. Inside....where to start....ok, here is the list: -elevators have graffiti carved with keys by people -laundry closet was a mess - hallways have really old looking doors -room smells awful -vanity cabinet stain looks bad as it was all scratched and paint was dripped on it - wallpaper was peeling off the wall -old shower soap holder holes were poorly patch when new unit was added -water runs randomly from the shower -someone is dragging furniture across the floors upstairs from 216 - parking lot was a mess.

Check in was great. Breakfast was great. Minor safety issues in the room. Shower curtain rod was not fastened securely to the wall. The bed frame had a metal piece sticking out which cut the back of my leg. Outdoor landscape was littered with trash. 30 minutes of attention would make the place shine. Pool was never attended to. Scattered wet towels everywhere.
