Fairfield Inn & Suites Riverside Corona/Norco

I (we) thought that the hotel was clean (overall) and conveniently located to a number of locations we were planning on visiting while we were there. It is centrally located to many areas such as Corona, Temecula, Ontario, or Chino Hills. It is just up the street from the Silver Lakes sports and events complex and I believe that the facility that hosts rodeos in Norco is very close by as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even made me a fresh pot of coffee after our afternoon arrival which was so nice and I was so grateful after a long day of travel. My only ask would be that they possibly walk through their lobby level bathrooms a bit more often. At one point they were out of TP and there were some fixtures in the men's bathroom that were broken. I would come back for sure and I would recommend this hotel to others as well. The breakfast was good too, with plenty of variety and seemed fresh.

My husband and i had a good check-in experience. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. However, upon entering bath area i notived used towels left on counter. There was used soap left behind in sink area. There were no new hand soap replacement. There was only one used washcloth on floor. Early morning Sunday my husband and had no power/ lights. I was showering and had to quickly rinse off, and maneuver my way in restroom to my cell phone to see what i was doing. Needless to say it was a scary experience. My husband and felt forced to leave as we were not able to have any service. We walked down by stairwell and did not have opportunity to enjoy continental breakfast. I was told the Marriott chain would offer exceptional cleanliness and outstanding service. That was not our experience and were disappointed to say the least.

Perfect place for out stay as it was minutes away from the Silver Lake Sports complex. We found excellent places for dining and easy access to freeway.

I asked for the second room I booked for Saturday to be available as close to noon as possible…I didn’t get it until 6:30 pm when check in is at 3 and I had a family event at 5 pm I had to leave to go back for the key The other staff was great but the lady working on Saturday was very unpleasant
