努薩興起飯店(The Rise Noosa)

Rooms were clean and well appointed. We had a 3br pool view penthouse which offered exactly what we booked. Nice walk down to Hastings Street, The Spit and National Park. On holiday so we’re not in a hurry to walk back up the hill. Also great walking distance to all the fabulous eateries and shops at Noosa Junction which was a complete, and not unwelcome, surprise. Would highly recommend and will return.

Our 5th time back here in a penthouse and we just love it. The apartments are so spacious with everything you need, icy air conditioning, a great view, underground parking and nice and quiet. Really appreciate the basic supplies on arrival and the Prosecco and chocolate in the fridge! We love walking into town on the boardwalk and getting supplies from Noosa Junction. No doubt we’ll be back again next year

Excellent location, handy for Hastings St shops, eateries) and the main beach. The national park is also within walking distance.. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. There is a pool and private parking. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The most wonderful stay at The Rise! Well appointed and clean apartment, welcoming and super efficient Rise team, great location with a short stroll down the hill to Hastings Street or up the hill to the Junction for a great IGA, coffee and more eating out options. Our favourite part, a lovely big two level pool with shade most times during the day!

Lots of pros - great pool - great views - big apartment - easy downhill walk to Hastings street - good aircon Cons - tough uphill walk from Hastings with kids (bus wasn’t running) - limited bath towels (one per person for a week stay) - limited cleaning items; one dishcloth, two sachets of dishwashing and laundry liquid - starting to get a bit tired - noise from pub (esp on Wednesday nights) was a bit hard with sleeping kids (def wouldn’t want a baby) - loads of steps to walk around the complex and lift system wasn’t straight forward (would want mobility to be an issue) - no servicing for a week’s stay a Overall, we would come back but would just want to know if the holiday bus was running to help us get back home with kids and we would bring more towels and cleaning products

The 2 bedroom apartment was very comfortable for our week long stay for our family of 4. Everything we required was in the apartment, we had secure parking for our vehicle and it was a short walk into town to the shops, restaurants, and beach. We enjoyed the use of the heated pool most days.

Rooms were dirty and noisy, we were moved to another part of the hotel and it was louder than the original

This resort is well-placed for walking to Hastings St and Noosa Junction restaurant and shopping precincts. Next door to the Hotel. Walk to the ferry terminal, etc. Bus outside the door. Reasonably comfortable self-contained apartment. The cutlery, glasses and utensils in the kitchen needed a full dishwash before use. Cleanliness was not to the level I would have expected for the price. Crumbs in cutlery drawer. Aircon worked well. Bed was comfortable; the lounge was not. Lounge chairs for watching TV would be more appropriate. Apartments would not suit anyone with mobility issues; too many stairs all over the resort. Car parking on the top level is not secure as the roller door is broken.

We were disappointed with our stay. Our apartment was sub standard for what you should expect at this price. The fit out in our 3 bedroom apartment was very dated and in need of renewal. It was evident that the owners did not care to reinvest in the place. The level of cleanliness was very poor and cursory at best. The outdoor balconies downstairs were filthy. I’ve had better experiences in 2 star hotels. Many easy fixes had not been attended to. Eg Having to share remotes control units between bedrooms. A ceiling fan not working properly. Bathroom door not closing properly. We love Noosa but have a bad taste from this experience and will not go back to Rise.
