Such an amazing place, right on the Noosa beach. We reserved the 1 Bed Beachfront Spa Penthouse Apartment (nr 27) with a fantastic view over the ocean and the fine sandy beaches. You can't have a better place to stay in Nossa, on the beach and on ther other side you have hastings street with all great restaurants. The Staff was very friendly and supported us in all our request, they reserved the ground transportation to the airport as well. We will be back, if we can manage the long journey from Sweden one more time..

Position perfect and super friendly staff make this place a winner. The apartment was well furnished and decorated. Loved sleeping within earshot of the sea, walking to fabulous restaurants and shops and exploring the National Park

We were in room 29 a 2 level spa penthouse studio with beach and headland views. A bbq on the very large spa roof level. It is rare in Australia to have on he beach hotels and on Noosa north facing beach it is sublime. Two excellent restaurants attached to the building allows room service for all meals. The position in the middle of Hastings street is perfect.. and we didn’t leave the area for our two day trip. A reserved car space a bonus. So, in summary, every thing you would want in arguably Australia’s premier beach address.

Fantastic location - heart of Hastings St. We took a room facing the beach and had perfect weather. Room was spacious, sunlit and very comfortable. Staff really helpful & friendly. 1 downer - we were there for 3 days/3 nights and the room was not cleaned or serviced in that time. We would head out early and come back at 3PM expecting a clean room but wasn't to be. The reason given was that priority was given to preparing rooms for new check-ins - that's not really relevant to guests paying $800+ a night. Again - terrific property and I hope the criticism is constructive.

Our first stay here was our Honeymoon, next my Birthday... Here's to many more to come! I've stayed at several on the water, this is our fave. Outstanding views, direct access to beach. We always do the Rooftop Penthouse. We're even buying a bed from the same company theirs are from as we had the best sleeps together. Love, love, love!

The location of On The Beach is second-to-none. Situated in the heart of Hastings St, you're just metres from everything - the gorgeous beach and its boardwalk, great cafes, restaurants, shops and just a short stroll to the start of the National Park walking trails. Our room was modern and very clean and the in-room dining service comes from the quality Boardwalk Bistro downstairs. Boardwalk Bistro is fab but has limited seating so it's great that On The Beach guests can can have their meals/food delivered straight to their rooms if/when the Bistro's packed. Worth noting: We had a room on the ocean side but we didn't have unobstructed views of the beach/ocean so that was a bit disappointing. (Trees block the view.) Nothing wrong with trees but, if you're wanting/expecting a clear ocean iew, doublecheck your beachside room offers that. Other small negatives: The rooms have heavy-set fire doors which bang as guests go in and out so light sleepers will hear them. I'd also recommend hiring a car in Noosa ... it's a lot easier to get around and do/see things.
