Nice hotel in historic house, located in a residential area, a bit far from downtown. Comfortable rooms, very clean. Our shower was broken, water coming out of the two shower heads and the regular tap at once. Breakfast good, no meat, though. Very helpful staff.

The bathroom was small but had been redone & room was recently painted. At my age, it’s tough to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. Air conditioner was a bit noisy. But breakfast was really nice. Big selection of food, and friendly staff.

The property was close to the main street of NOTL so it was walkable. We also liked that it was quite easy to navigate to all the places we wanted to drive to: dining, golf and even a short trip to Niagara Falls to do some sightseeing. Would definitely book again for a trip down to the Niagara-On-The-Lake area. The staff were also so friendly and nice!

This was a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly, providing recommendations for things to do. The room was clean, and there is a place to plug-in for electric cars. We walked to Queen’s street, which was a 20-min walk in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Surprised that there were room renovations going on (drilling, noises, drop cloths in the halls). When workers left for the day, stairwells were not always vacuumed properly.
Attitude of the manager was also surprising: when asked why we were not warned of the renovations, there was no "sorry for the inconvenience" or other show of empathy. Simply a "it's standard policy that we don't reach out to customers".

We loved our stay! Hotel is cute and cozy! The staff were friendly and so accommodating. The location is quiet and somewhat remote, but close to so much!

The staff were very nice and helpful! The room was very large and spotlessly clean. It’s bit of a walk to the action (theatres etc) but we did it with no problem. Highly recommend.

The property is clean, within close distance to entertainment options and comfortable. The most outstanding feature of this hotel is its staff. Staff are super friendly, kind and customer service oriented.
