瀑布邊小屋(Falls Lodge by the Falls (Formerly Knights Inn))

2층 객실 이용했습니다. 늦은 시간 체크인 했는데 친절하게 안내해주었습니다. 전체적으로 시설이 오래 되긴 했지만 위치를 고려하면 가격 대비 양호하다고 생각합니다. 아침식사는 안 좋은 내용이 많아 이용하지 않았습니다.

We recently spent the night at the Falls Lodge, rented a non-smoking room with a king size bed. Check in was simple enough, and the room was as expected, until the comforter was pulled down from the bed, and discovered an old blood stain. Tried to call the reception with the phone located in the room, but it was not connected. Spoke to the front desk and requested someone to come remake the bed, but were offered a different room instead. This would have been fine, except it required us to repack all of our belongings which we had already unpacked and made ourselves comfortable. We moved to the adjacent room, which did not seem to be a king size, which we had paid for. Beyond this, the staff was friendly and the location was convenient - a 5 minute walk to Fallsview ******

never recommend to anyone it too dirty and not heat working properly in winter time and there is no single water bottle in room and they charged extra parking for $15 bucks and compaired to other place there is chipper parking available

La personne à l’accueil n’était pas très accueillante ! Je lui ai demander de répéter et elle à rouler les yeux… l’anglais n’est pas m première langue donc j’avais mal compris… de plus jlai du payer pour avoir un stationnement alors que dans la description de la chambre c’était indiqué avec stationnement sans mention de « payant ». Heureusement, je n’allais pas la pour rester dans la chambre donc à 5 minutes à pied de niagara falls donc le spot était parfait !

Stationnement non inclus, mille-pattes dans le bain, chambre délabrée et sale, heures de déjeuner plus restreintes qu'annoncées et contenant seulement pain céréales et muffins de marques privées d’épicerie, musique forte dans d’autres chambres tolérées jusqu’à 2-3h du matin, heures d’ouverture de la piscine non affichée et celle-ci fermée dès qu’il pleut, à notre arrivée dans la chambre, il n’y avait pas de télécommande pour la tv, deux serviettes pour 4 et nos cartes ont été démagnétisée après 24h.

Pas de serviette, pas de papier hygiénique à l'arrivée. Présence de serviette salle dans la salle de bain. Télé ne fonctionne pas. Carte magnétique doit être réactiver plusieurs fois. Près des chutes par contre, déjeuner et piscine très bien.
