第一次住酒店受傷： 1. 酒店游泳池底部有尖鋭物品，我們一行五人下水，三個人被扎商，其中一人兩個腳趾被深度割傷，血流不止（照片是止血後幾個小時，給服務人員看才拍的）； 2. 房內床邊是硬且尖的實木，磕了兩次腳背和小腿，回國到現在走路都伴隨疼痛； 3. 跟前台人員説了游泳池的事情，也衹是問了問哪個泳池，沒什麼別的表示； 4. 酒店人員溝通不到位，checkin時問我們是不是要早晨5點退房，我們表示從未有這樣的要求，結果chenchout之前還告訴我們，5點退房的要提前選打包早餐； 5. 我們用過一次自助晚餐後，第二次去定，反覆確認了同前一天一樣是自助，結果到了晚上説衹能單點，沒有自助 綜上，就此酒店非常失望，不推薦預訂。

到一天酒店時候用了晚餐餐廳。費用付了現金。但是酒店退房時候我們沒有付錢。掛了房間。我們沒有方法跟酒店確認。費用800元人民幣左右。如果有人去的話這個一定要注意。

리셉션 직원분들 친절하고 수영장도 쾌적해서 지내는 내내 즐거운 기분으로 여행했어요 다만 방음은 잘 안됩니다 ㅜ 다음 날 아미아나에서 하루 묵은 후 알리부 직원분들의 친절함과 수영장 관리 등 서비스들이 많이 비교되서 2박할껄 너무너무 후회함 ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ 나트랑에서 받았던 마사지중 제일 만족 수영장도 가장 깨끗하고 레스토랑 분위기가 가장 좋음 ! 다음에 또 방문할 예정입니다 ! 강추!

가족들과 다녀왔습니다~ 조식도 괜찮은 편이였어요^^ 너무 큰 대형리조트보다 훨씬 좋았어요. 2박동안 불편함 없이 놀았고 맥주도 반쎄오도 전 맛있게 먹었습니다. 셔틀도 이용해서 시내 나갈수있었고 , 카톡으로 편하게 연락할수있어 좋았습니다.

필요한 것과 컴플레인 상황 등을 실시간으로 카톡으로 간편하게 해결 할 수 있다는 점이 되게 좋았습니다. 입실 후 침대에 누웠는데 이물질이 묻어 있어서 기분이 좋지 않았지만 바로바로 커버를 교체해 주셨고 컴플레인 상황을 빠르게 해결해 주어서 좋았습니다. 다들 햄버거 추천해서 먹었는데 저는 개인적으로 피자가 더 먹을만 했고, 스무디나 쥬스 종류 생과일도 바로 갈아줘서 너무 맛있었습니다. 프라이빗 비치는 스노쿨링 하기에는 바다가 너무 탁해서 물 속이 잘 보이지 않았습니다. 그리고 리조트 안 풀장은 썬비치 갯수가 턱없이 모자라서 물놀이 후 쉴 곳이 없어 너무 불편했습니다. 시내랑 가깝다고는 하지만 근처 마사지샵 무료 픽드랍이 거의 없더라구요... 외부음식 반입도 안됬지만 저희는 리조트 안 bar에서 수제맥주와 안주 먹고 배불러서 외부음식 생각도 안났어용 아! 그리고 생각보다 조식... 별로에요.... 너무 기대를 해서 그랬는지는 모르겠지만 여러나라와 여러 리조트 조식 먹어봤는데 중간 정도 그 이상도 이하도 아닙니다... 반쎄오는 맛있어용👍🏻

나트랑 시내에서 다소 떨어져 있는 것이 장점이자 단점. 아이가 있다면 조용해서 최고. 시내에서 즐긴다면 택시를 타고 나가야해서 다소 불편. 조용한 숙소를 찾는다면 최고의 선택. 특히 알리부 수제맥주는 가히 일품임. 비비큐 파티때(화, 토)무제한 제공 받음. 카톡으로 리조트와 연락을 주고 받을 수 있어 편리함. 프라이빗 비치가 있어 편하지만, 파도가 있어서 스노쿨링을 즐기지 못해 아쉬움. 베나자 vip카드 있다면 모든 식비 결제가 10%할인임.

알리부 리조트에서의 방갈로 숙박은 자연을 가까이 느낄 수 있는 특별한 경험이었습니다. 방갈로 방은 자연친화적이라 분위기가 좋았지만, 작은 도마뱀과 붉은 개미가 가끔 나오는 점은 숙박 시 참고하셔야 할 것 같아요. 저녁으로는 Beef Belly(300g) + Garlic Butter Vegetables를 주문했습니다. 고기 소스는 맛있었지만, 고기가 다소 질겨 먹기 힘들었던 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 반면, 야채구이는 브로콜리, 콜리플라워, 미니 당근 등이 잘 구워져 따뜻하게 제공되어 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 리조트 직원들은 친절했고, 특히 카카오톡으로 편리하게 안내를 받을 수 있어 좋았습니다. 또한 리조트 내에는 요일별로 다양한 부대시설(BBQ 뷔페, 요가 등)이 있으니 미리 일정을 확인하고 즐기시는 것을 추천드립니다. 총평: 자연 속에서의 힐링과 여유를 느끼기에 좋은 리조트입니다. 다만, 벌레에 민감하신 분들은 미리 참고하시고, 음식의 질감이나 메뉴 선택은 개인 취향에 따라 달라질 수 있겠네요!

시내에서 15분거리 리조트라서 휴양과 쇼핑을 즐기기에 좋은 곳 내부 수영장과 바다수영까지 가능해서 좋지만 외부 배달음식 반입금지가 너무 아쉬운 부분 리조트가 작은편이고 시설은 잘 관리되고 있는 듯 해서 좋음

방갈로에서 머물렀었는데 방에 모기가 있어서 모기약 요청했습니다 방에서 곰팡이 냄새나서 환기 시키고 싶었는데 모기 들어올까봐 환기도 못시키고… 방충망이 없어요 조식은 좋았고 가성비 좋은 리조트였습니다 시내랑 떨어져 있지만 셔틀버스가 다녀서 편했습니다

서비스, 시설 모두 너무 좋았습니다. 리조트 규모가 크진 않지만 수영장도 두개 있고 프라이빗 비치도 잘 되어 있습니다. 시내와 거리가 좀 있긴 하지만 그 외에는 모두 만족!

總的來說，住宿很乾淨，沒有發現任何蟲子！ 我無法更換淋浴過濾器，但沒有什麼特別的不便，而且工作人員都很友好，所以我住了三個晚上，早餐很好，我使用了周二和周四的自助餐。 ，很美味。

3박 4일 숙박함 팩트만 기술함 1. 청결도 3점 첫날 방에서 개미 떼 출몰(눈에 보이는것만 20마리는 족히 되었음) 매우 작은크기의 개미라 크게 거부감 없었으나 와이프는 기겁을 함 리셉션에 사실 통보 직원이 스프레이 개미약들고 방문 ㅋㅋ 어쩔줄 몰라함 매니저가 오더니 방바꿔주겠다함 이사한 방은 괜찮았으나 캐리어에도 개미들 들어가서 짐 다 꺼내고 옷도 다 털고 캐리어랑 가방 스프레이로 소독하고 난리버거지도 아녔음 1시간넘게 허비함 그 외엔 깨끗하고 괜찮았음 2. 위치 마사지 나트랑 시내까지 거리가 하루 2회 리조트 운영하는 셔틀이 있다지만 시간 맞추기 까다롭고 택시비가 편도 평균 14만동 숙소내 마사지가 딱 시내 마사지 가격에 택시비 얹은 것보다 조금 덜 나오게 가격책정 비쌈 그것도 12시 에서 6시까지만 예약받음 첫날 예약하자마자 10분뒤에 한시간만 댕겨달라고 요청했으나 거부당함 그냥 안된다고만 함 (1시 ＞12시) 그냥 시내 나갈일 있으면 시내에서 받고오길 강력 추천 쇼핑이던 뭐던 시내 나갈라면 왕복 택시비 15000원은 생각해야함 그랩 가입해오세요 택시비가 그랩보다 많이 비쌈 3. 체크아웃 귀국 출발시간이 저녁시간대라 12시반 체크아웃이 좀 이름 1시에 체크아웃 문의 했지만 이역시 단칼에 거부당함 ㅋ 4.레스토랑 소고기 비비큐는 질김 절반이상 남김 첫날 점심 먹고 거의 남기고 시내나가서 점심 다시 사먹음 ㅡㅡ; 돼지고기는 괜찮았음 5. 리셉션이 유도리없이 거부를 많이하지만 직원들은 매우 친절하고 기분은 좋았음 숙소도 뭔가 한국식 뻔한 느낌이 아닌 로컬 분위기를 느끼게해주면서 인테리어도 이쁘게 잘해놓음 특히 리셉션 로비 전경은 훌륭했음
