A private family run hotel and you could understand why it is so good. The staff were interested and very helpful, attentive at all times and creating a really friendly vibe. First time at the hotel and will recommend it !

Beautiful boutique hotel in a fabulous building. Staff were exceptionally polite, helpful & well trained. Food was excellent evening meal and breakfast. We used the Spa facilities which were as good as any we’ve been to. Will come back when working this way in the next few weeks.

First time to the hotel and what a lovely surprise. It’s family run and independent , how refreshing. Really friendly staff, attentive and helpful throughout. Couldn’t do enough for us. So great to support a local business concern. We enjoyed dinner bed and breakfast and a recommended drive up to Hay Tor. All top notch.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It’s very tranquil. The service is impeccable and the spa is one of the nicest I’ve visited. Really enjoyed the grounds and the restaurant options which are on site. seems like good value for money too. Well worth visiting!

Set in beautiful Dar**oor countryside this traditional hotel offers stunning customer service and a superb spa. We came for a wedding anniversary and would highly recommend.

This venue is well worth our 2nd trip here, great rooms, excellent staff who cater for your requirements. My wife has a gluten problem and being a celiac is always concerned about staying in hotels but there was no problem with that here. Once we informed them of her problem it was catered for throughout our stay.
