This was an amazing Hoyle location was amazing just right for family beach holiday great views. Hoyle is in amazing conditions staff brilliant and friendly. Has its own path to the beach and breakfasts amazing and Carter’s for Gluten free. Kids loved it

La struttura è situata nella zona di villeggiatura di Newquay, a pochi passi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Port Beach e Lusty Beach. Non è vicinissima al centro di Newquay, quindi non ideale per chi cerca il centro città, noi siamo stati felicissimi della posizione perchè è una zona di villeggiatura, lontana dal centro frenetico e trafficatissimo. La struttura è molto bella esternamente, con parcheggio riservato e con camere molto spaziose, splendida la nostra camera con terrazzino vivibile con vista mare! Per chi cerca la tranquillità e il mare è molto comoda, a pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono le spiagge e le camminate per ammirare le scogliere e i meravigliosi paesaggi. Il centro di Newquay dista circa una ventina di minuti a piedi, meglio perchè è una cittadina molto viva e piena di pub/discoteche e sale giochi, noi eravamo in cerca di tranquillità e l'abbiamo trovata. Se devo trovare una pecca, il bagno piccolo e cieco, però è un difetto da poco, la camera spaziosa e il bellissimo terrazzo ci hanno ripagato di questo "difetto".

Wir hatten ein Superior Doppelzimmer gebucht. Für zwei Personen war unser Zimmer inkl. Badezimmer aber viel zu klein und nicht sauber. Das Bett war 160x200 cm, der Kleiderkasten zu klein (ca. 60 cm breit mit 7 Kleiderbügeln) für die Kleider von zwei Frauen für eine Woche Aufenthalt. Zimmer und Bad wurden, trotz Reklamation, die ganze Woche nie geputzt. Es wurde auch immer nur die Decke über das ansonsten nicht gemachte Bett gezogen. Im Badezimmer fanden wir noch eine grössere Glasscherbenund an einem Nachttischchen waren noch Ketchupresten vom Vorgänger. Auf dem Balkon standen noch drei leere Weinflaschen und ein kaputtes Glas. Dies wurde, auf unsere Aufforderung hin, dann entsorgt. Kaffeekapseln wurden nie ergänzt und das Duschmittel nie nachgefüllt. Einzig die Frottewäsche wurde jeden Tag gewechselt, da keine Möglichkeit bestand, diese aufzuhängen. Das Personal im Frühstückstraum war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das kontinentale Frühstück war sehr einfach. Vom Personal der Reception wurde man nicht gegrüsst (löbliche Ausnahme eine ältere Dame an unserem letzten Ferientag) und es war auch nicht hilfsbereit bei Reservationen von Restaurants für die Nachtessen. Obwohl das Hotel sehr schön und die Lage optimal und sehr ruhig ist, können wir es leider nicht weiter empfehlen.

What can I say all the staff went over and above to make you feel welcome. Dave and Greg behind the bar were brilliant Dave even played us a song on his guitar which was amazing. Highly recommend and definitely have the breakfast it’s yummy

Just had 2 lovely nights in this great hotel. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We were lucky to be able to have a room with a view of Porth beach which was literally 5 minutes walk away. The breakfast was delicious lots of choice and fresh produce cooked to order. Staff very polite and friendly especially Mark who worked serving breakfast and behind reception. Would recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

Everything from the building to the staff and food was fabulous. Highly recommended. The upper floors have a steep staircase to navigate but the views of the beach are worth it. Overall a very very nice hotel and you won't be disappointed

We would have liked more hanging hooks in the bathroom as the weather was wet at times and we had a lot to dry.

We found the reception very welcoming and the hotel and bar smart and comfortable. Easy access to the beach and a pool should you be brave enough. Bar was friendly and relaxed but needs a restock! We'll be staying again
