紐波特紐斯市中心萬豪飯店(Newport News Marriott at City Center)

The only compliant I have is that I had booked several months in advance and requested a king bed and was given a room with two queens. I was disappointed with that being changed.

My stay was very pleasant and quiet. However, I wasn’t aware that they charge for parking. They gave me a parking pass and I checked in and parked my own car. I was charged $6 for parking. I was not aware nor told that I would be charged for parking

Loved the Christmas lights and decorations out front. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Restaurant had great food and service

The room is big the staff was wonderful Very safe area. Very clean area. The view beautiful. The tub had rust. The heater made loud banging sound the whole time I just turned the heat off at times. The decor is out dated.

Tvs were out they had know idea when they would have them and not give me a room with a working tv and the front desk was horrible at helping us with the probelms

The location was perfect. Many options for different types of food and very close to norfolk

Disappointed that the halls of the hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. I thought this was a smoke free property. I would not book here again because of this.

This is a beautiful property. The staff was friendly and the room was very large and clean

I've stayed at this hotel many times. It never disappoints. My friends and I were able to watch the US Open tennis match in the lobby together. What a great experience.
