Amazing location A fabulous location walking distance to shops and food. Barely drove this whole trip. It was a clean condo. Very easy to find. Great for my family.

Wonderful This property is even nicer than the pictures show! It’s obvious the owners care about the property. It’s very well decorated and quality is evident throughout. We felt incredibly safe here. The walk to the beach is short and the beach is amazing. We recommend renting bikes and the whale watching cruise. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend staying at this place and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great spot close to everything! This is a great, super clean place close to everything you might want. Easy walking to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, and bars. The beach is literally two blocks away. The Balboa Peninsula trolley is a great way to get around on the weekends in the summer and it’s FREE. The garage provided security for our Mini Cooper which we loved. Communication with the owners was amazing. Thank you!

Just 2 blocks to one of the most popular beaches, you can walk to the grocery store, restaurants, coffee, shopping, small movie theater, banks, etc. Accommodates 2 adults, 1 child. No pets, no more than 3 guests total (including children).
