Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but check in was disappointing. In the lobby as we arrived, they had self check in set up on a computer at the desk. A staff member was nearby the desk, but never welcomed us or made eye contact as we entered the lobby, or asked if we needed assistance with anything. Finally he engaged us as we were trying to figure out how to get to our room.
Our room was on the 3rd floor of the hotel. The room itself was lovely, but the weather had been very hot for days, and when we got to the room all the windows were shut, and the air conditioner was off. It took a long time for the room to be tolerable temperature wise. As they knew they'd booked the room, it would have been nice for them to have attempted to cool it down before we arrived.
Other than that, all was good. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious, and the staff friendly and helpful.
