Friendly staff... Nice hotel grounds

我知道這是一個便宜的每晚價格，但便宜的價格並不能成為抵達時出現的恐怖表演的藉口。我得到了一號房間的鑰匙，“乾淨”的床上到處都是黑色的麵包屑和頭髮。窗台上有死蒼蠅，馬桶上粘著頭髮，水槽上有黑色痕跡，淋浴間有臟腳印和黑色模具淋浴陷阱，淋浴排水管中用凝結的衛生紙蓋住。在與經理/老闆交談後，他同意這是不可接受的，叫來清潔工，清潔工在我面前與他爭論，否認它很髒。經理向我保證，當我外出時，兩名清潔工會進入房間並徹底清潔房間，為我的回歸做好準備。返回時，8 小時後，清潔工更換了仍然有毛髮的床單並清潔了淋浴罩，沒有進行其他清潔。在與新的值班經理談到我不會對這種所謂的清潔印象深刻之後。他同意把我搬到唯一的免費房間（我預訂的雙人間不是單人間）他走進來說：“看，漂亮又乾淨！”讓我們說它不是！灌漿上的黑黴，淋浴時空的沐浴露容器，窗台上的空廁所卷，淋浴間的黑黴，床上的頭髮和覆蓋著死皮和灰塵的遙控器。我太累了，無法爭辯，我穿著衣服睡在床上，沒有在房間裡使用任何東西。凌晨 1 點，關於 wifi 信號下降的談話發生在凌晨 4 點，一大群人參加了當地的一個節日，喝了一杯好酒，然後繼續告訴對方他們是多麼愛對方半個多小時。正如你可以想像的那樣，我睡得不好，早上 7 點就離開了，又累又脾氣暴躁。再多的金錢和時間都無法讓這個地方重新變得適合居住。不要留下來聽，不要浪費你的錢，如果你這樣做了，那就去打破傷風針！

請在任何情況下都不要被他們發布的圖片所欺騙，這家酒店正在分崩離析，工作人員，尤其是經理非常粗魯。抵達時得到了第一個房間，小到去洗手間不得不靠在床上才能過去。被褥和到處都是污垢燒傷。第二個房間的窗台上有臟紙巾，地板，牆上看起來像血跡，淋浴時用過的肥皂，淋浴頭有問題，沒有熱水。第三個房間，經理自詡是新裝修的，窗簾不適合窗戶，被擰到牆上，床上用品很髒，水槽沒有貼在牆上，沒有熱水。這家酒店的整體清潔度令人震驚，它們也有不同的名稱，motel express 就是其中之一。請看我拍的照片，希望能更真實地反映房產。

If I could give this hotel a zero I would! The owner is disgustingly rude and unprofessional and when I have refused to pay for the stay (due to my baby son being admitted to hospital and me giving them plenty of notice and evidence that I needed to cancel) the owner didn’t reply to me for four days but when he did he was extremely rude and said that he ‘couldn’t book my room out again with such short notice’ it wasn’t my fault that he failed to reply for four days! He had zero empathy toward our situation and despite me even contacting them from my sons hospital bed!!! Since then he has attempted to take the full cost of the hotel stay from my bank card over 15 times in less than a month! Iv had to raise the issue with the bank and place a block on the card. Very very desperate and a Penny pincher if you ask me. This place should be shut down from reading the other reviews and it’s not surprising given the owners unprofessionalism and rude conduct and lack of empathy. They clearly only care for money and don’t give two hoots about your experience. . I hope you fail miserably with any future bookings that you probably won’t get. Vile behaviour. And nice try with the failed payment again today!

Please avoid at all costs, this shouldn’t be deemed a hostel let alone a hotel. It was dirty and smelly. Cobwebs everywhere, a tv that had been dragged off the wall, plastic hooks stuck on the side of wardrobes, stained pillows and sheets, and black sticky marks on the carpet. It needs fumigating, renovating or better still closing down.
