Excellent all round ni e relaxing stay thank you breakfast was superb nothing was too mu h trouble for me and my daughter lovely friendly staff beautiful location and views lovely and peaceful would definately stay there again 5 stars all the way

We recently enjoyed a spa day as part of my sister in law’s hen do and it was fabulous. The communication between the staff and I upon booking was great and they answered all of our queries. Nothing was too much trouble. Some of us did a half day, some a full day and some a few hours and this was all well organised on the day. We could also add people on for lunch very last minute. The staff were very attentive and made sure the bride had a perfect day. Even little touches such as decorating the lunch area with balloons and confetti. The facilities are pristine and very modern. I would highly recommend. The girls also loved their treatments. We had a range including facials, massages and scrubs and everyone was very happy and felt pampered! Thank you again. I would highly recommend for a hen party and a spa day in general! :)

Booked this without research and wow what a great surprise to find fantastic yorkshire hospitality combined with fab food. The team at Ox Pasteur were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. This place beats many four and five star hotels who could take lessons from this place.

Staff superb especially Lyndsey they couldn’t do enough for you ambience in the hotel was so friendly and restful the food was fabulous. Can’t wait to go back the spa was good enjoyed a massage. We had the taster meal on The Coast restaurant one night what a great experience a superb meal cooked by Thomas Carr a Mitchellin starred chef

What a fantastic two night stay my Husband and myself have had at the Ox Pasture. The room we had was spacious, clean and very comfortable. As I have food intolerances it can sometimes be difficult to have a varied selection of meals, but Chef catered brilliantly for me. All the Staff were so friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble and they always had a smile and friendly greeting for you. For my birthday, which was why we were there, my husband's present was a treatment in the Spa, Mel, the therapist, was excellent, as were everyone involved with our day. We will definitely be staying again and can highly recommend this Hotel. Thank you everyone for making our stay so enjoyable.

Beautiful spacious room with all the amenities available. I had a wonderful meal prepared by the very talented chef Josh. First class and extremely friendly service in a fabulous setting. The grounds of the hotel are stunning. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

We got married here and I have to say it was perfect from start to finish. The attention to detail from Lyndsey was outstanding. She went above and beyond for us. We had our heart set on an outdoor wedding but unfortunately the weather was a washout, this didn’t matter in the end because the team made it so special we didn’t care. The food was unreal. I would highly recommend this for a wedding venue. Thank you to all the staff that made our dreams come true…. ❤️

This is an utterly charming hotel in every way. Our room overlooked a beautiful lake and large and pretty garden, with lots of seating dotted throughout it. What a lovely view to wake up to. Our room was beautifully furnished and immaculate. There is a pretty internal courtyard with a fountain and seating, which resembled a cloister. The swifts/swallows nesting in the eaves added to the charm. The bar had two adjoining rooms with sofas to sit in as well as in the bar area. The dining room was beautifully set up, with views of the courtyard. My meals were tailored to my dietary requirements and were utterly delicious. The staff were really lovely too and very engaging. There are an amazing amount of interesting and pretty walks around the immediate area. If we had known of these and how lovely the hotel would be, we would have stayed longer. We would love to come back. This hotel is amazing value for money.

Stayed in a suite which was spacious and accomodating. Bathroom was luxurious and I had a gorgeous bubble bath after a cold day out in Whitby. The staff were all very welcoming and professional and both breakfast and dinner were tasty and satisfying.
