The room was clean, warm and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great with helpful staff. We will stay there again.

Great hotel In a pet location close to both Newburyport and Amesbury. I highly recommend it for families.

Great place for a quick overnight stop that is also animal friendly. Staff were all very kind and they all loved meeting our dog. They also have electric car chargers (for an additional fee) which we plan to use for future stays

We were on the first floor and it was noisy late nite. Doors, people etc. My room was clean, with five stars. Customer service was very helpful with extra towels. I would stay there again.

On arrival we were not told that there would be no housekeeping unless we requested it every night. Therefore when we returned in the evening we were greeted with no towels or tissue etc. in our room and an unmade bed. I understand that lack of help has created many issues in this industry but at the rate I was charged thur Orbitz I expected better! In addition they would not honor my Hilton rewards program since I booked thru Orbitz. This whole process soured me on Orbitz and the Hilton chain.

Ac compressor in my room was very load when it turned on. Woke me up each time it turned in. There were unsupervised kids running the halls, knocking in doors on multiple floors, and constantly playing with the elevators. Went on for days and management did nothing. Woke many up. Two strangers I met in the elevator were also complaining about them. No sleep for my last three days there.

Clerk charged me $330 at check in --- I had to get a refund from them as the room was prepaid. Not enough parking - clerk was not helpful with this issue. They share a parking lot with a Dental office and there are signs posted that you will be towed if not a patient there. I asked clerk what to do he was clueless, I suggested I could park in a handicapped spot if he didn't have me towed, he said its at his managers discretion.....

We stayed the night before this reservation. The police arrived when we were trying to check in at approximately 11:30 pm to serve me papers stating that I was banned from the property. Absolutely ridiculous! I was caught completely off guard of course. Management should be fired. Very poor customer service and treatment of a customer. The police explained to me that because I stole a hairdryer I was having a restraining order issued. They explained that if I was caught on the property I would be arrested. It was actually my 10 year old son who had packed the hair dryer thinking it was ours. Before management contacted the police they should have contacted me to find out what had happened to the hair dryer. I could not believe that the police were called. I was never even reimbursed for the room we had already booked. AND we were left without a place to stay that night. I’ve never experienced anything like this. I still can’t believe this was all over a hair dryer my son accidentally took! What a joke! Bad bad BAD management!
