房間還挺衞生的，店裡環境也算方便，第二天早上有早餐提供，整體印象都還不錯，門口有地方可以停車比較齊全

Stay was smooth. Breakfast was excellent except closing at 9;00 am. Coffee was excellent. Check out time of 12 was good. Parking close by.
Have been going to this hotel for close to 20 years. It's available to meet friends and relatives in it's location.

Clean. At check in there was no wash clothes, tv didn’t work and phone didn’t work. Walked to lobby and got washcloths and the guy at the desk came to our room and was great! He fixed TVs after 2 phone calls to ask someone else . He was very patient and kind!! Impressive

My room was tiny and right next to the laundry chute. I tried to get in touch with the general manager but he never responded. I also tried to speak to the manager but after she was 3 hours late, I gave up. The desk person was lovely and helpful.

Floors in lobby area of our room and bathroom were dirty. They moved us to a different room. The room we moved to had only 3 channels and the resolution was terrible. The elevator flooring was dirty, too. Breakfast area was a mess. Out of eggs and bacon and it was only 7:30 am. Lots of opportunities for improvements!

Check in was easy and all staff were awesome!! I stayed in a king room and the bed was hard. My husband and I both woke up with very sore backs. Coffee often times was empty. The hotel is located in a great spot. If I go back, I’ll try maybe the double beds.

My stay was great! The front desk employees were so nice. The breakfast was amazing there are not to many continental breakfast like that anymore.. the room was super clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

We are convinced our pandora bracelet was taken by housekeeping. We know exactly where we left it, and it vanished. Our fault for leaving it out, but still completely unacceptable.

When we checked in very late at night into our room when I turned over the bedsheets, I had black hair all over the bed and the big yellow stain on the sheets. When I went to take a shower the next morning I had hair all over the walls and the shower pan.
