What an amazing place! So relaxing… a place to go and get away and enjoy nature. The lake is beautiful to sit by, swim, canoe or enjoy walking the trails around it. Rooms are so comfortable and the breakfasts are delicious! Can’t wait to go back

We loved Follansbee Inn. My wife treated me to a Birthday weekend from the noise of Cambridge. It was beautifully quiet. Denis and Kendall, our hosts were very nice. Attentive but not in your face. As with other reviews the breakfast was excellent. Everything fresh and homemade. Coffee ready 6:30 for those early risers as I am. I found it relaxing to get a coffee and sit on the porch. So quiet!! Our bed was fine, the bathroom small but expected. There was a chair and a desk for me to park myself in the morning. Plenty to do during the day. Mt Kearsarge close by. My wife likes to shop in small towns so went to Warner and Henniker. We will definitely be back!!

My husband and I went to the Follansbee Inn for our anniversary. It is a lovely Inn with antique furniture/decorations and lots of charm. Our room was very nice and our bed very comfortable. The breakfast is really special. Denis is a wonderful cook and goes out of his way to make guests feel comfortable. We loved being able to kayak the lake every day that we were there and to sit outside in the evening watching the loons. I would highly recommend this Inn to anyone looking for a relaxing place to unwind.

Loved my stay here. Just the right balance of elegance and comfort. The setting just off the main route makes it quiet and yet still convenient to dining options. The room was comfy and lovely. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Pretty walk around the lake and loved hearing the church bells ring. I'm looking forward to visiting again.

This Wonderful Historic Inn is the perfect place if you want a relaxing stay. Located on Kezar Lake the views are amazing year round. We have now been there for 5 visits. Each time staying in a different one of the 17 guests room. All have been unique, filled with Antique Furnishings, elegant bedding ( Comfortable Mattresses) and an in room bath. Spacious common areas include a Wood burning, Fireplaced Living room with arm chairs, sofa and large cocktail table. A Bar area provides a place to keep your favorite beverages and food items cold. Glass bar ware, plates and utensils for guest use are found here. The Den has a gas fired freestanding fireplace, game closet and Information about the Inn and local points of interest. The large Dining Room has China at each place setting. There are tables of various sizes to keep everyone comfortable while they enjoy Denis’s amazing gourmet breakfast that is included. Served Buffet style, choose what you prefer from the daily, delicious offerings . During our stays, these have included, Blueberry Belgian waffles, Cheese Grits, Praline bacon, various Frittatas, Beignets …well, you get the idea! Don’t forget to get a glass of the Fresh Squeezed OJ! We have enjoyed the wraparound Porch and its comfortable sitting areas complete with swing. The Inn has a dock area with seating as well as kayaks and canoes for guests to use. The lake can be enjoyed for swimming, fishing or in colder weather, many winter activities. No matter the season, the Hospitality of the Innkeepers, Denis and Kendall, has made each of our stays memorable. We have enjoyed many an evening joining other guests for conversation about restaurants they tried and other topics in the living room. We rate this Inn ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s

Everything was impressive - the cleanliness, the decor, the hospitality, the food, the coziness. I highly recommend The Follansbee Inn for those wishing for a relaxing getaway.

I’ve been visiting the Inn for over 5 years now and I look forward to my next stay! The NH lakeside environment, the top notch, authentic hospitality, the impeccably maintained and beautiful Inn and spectacular breakfasts make the Inn a perfect retreat from the urban world that we find ourselves in most of the time! We have stayed at Follansbee Inn 5 times. The bedrooms and sitting rooms are very comfortable and beautiful. Denis' breakfast is the best, always delicious and unique. Also the 3 mile walk around Keyser Lake on country roads is fantastic. We will be back this winter.
