弗雷蒙特紐瓦克Staybridge Suites(Staybridge Suites Newark - Fremont)

This is a great place to stay for extended business stays. Kitchen area was great! We had meal prepped prior to arriving and it had everything else we needed for my business trip. Nice social time with free beverages and appetizers. Very clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Will stay here everytime I’m here for business.

Unfortunately we received zero housekeeping when we should have received light daily refresh everyday M-F and a full cleaning on the 7th day. Even after visiting the front desk multiple times none of the cleanings happened. After staying 8 days of course our garbages were full, we ran out of toilet paper and needed new towels. It was disappointing for sure. I was also told by two different employees, one being a manager that they would put IHG points into my account. I’ve yet to see those points either.

Room was more than expected (multi rooms) well furnished. Very comfortable uncrowded. Staff were pleasant and wanted to know if there was anything that we needed or just wanted. Nice beer & wine with some hot food in the evening (nice touch). cannot say enough about our stay and highly recommend this hotel

With all the options out there for free (Pluto) & pay TV (Amazon, Paramount , Netflix, etc), these were not offered. The provided limited selections were very poor, and most were sports or news. For those of us who come to town on business and want to relax, this was disappointing. I have a lot of allergies so I loved the kitchenet. Well stocked with everything I needed. Also loved that the maid service was minimal - for longer term stays, we can do without everyday full service. Wished the coffee pot was a self contained drip maker (Keurig for example). Forcing the guests to buy coffee pods after the first night is a bit chinchy.

Comfortable as usual. Love the 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms. The kitchen is very nice as well. I like not having to go out to dinner every night. The service was excellent as well. We arrived late driving in from New Orleans and each time I called to give an update the person I spoke with was nice and accommodating. They also received a package for me that I had shipped before my arrival. Thank you to all of the staff. Only one negative...breakfast was soso.

This hotel was incredible overall. Having the separate bedroom was wonderful. Breakfast was great and lots of restaurants + grocery stores nearby. Very clean. My only wish is that we were able to get additional blankets. We asked for blankets both days - first day they gave us 2 extra sheets and 2 thicker fitted sheets - 2nd day they said they would send up but never happened. Wasn’t that big of a deal bc it was for our teenage boys and they didn’t care much. Kitchen stocked with dishes, pot/pans, utensils was great for our family of 6. Definitely will stay again.

First, I want to that the Reception and Staff. They are very friendly, welcoming, helpful, ajd made us feel at home. I also really liked that the room had kitchen supplies. This is especially of note because I went with my son and he's particular about food, and I was able to buy ingredients to cook for him in the hotel. Great job to whomever thought of this. The Studio was perfect and had everything we needed. The swimming pool was a lot of fun too. Than you so much and look forward to our next visit...hopefully soon!
