i enjoyed the stay in this place because its clean and the staff is helpful and courteous. The neighborhood is monitored and the Liberty Avenue subway is nearby.

During my recent stay at Hotel 369, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and outstanding service provided by the staff. Not only was the parking convenient and the cleanliness impeccable, but the subtle fragrance throughout the hotel added to the welcoming a**osphere. The staff's professionalism and friendliness truly enhanced my experience, making it a memorable stay. I highly recommend Hotel 369 to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable accommodation experience.

Lots of noise in the halls until very late, no coffee or water in the room, no wifi. There were a number of recent renovations that were quite nice but the rates were high for what you get.

Stay was overall just fine, no complaints that are very major. Hotel was clean and staff was okay. Security guards were a bit extra but most people in New York were. Can hear pretty much everything going on in the hallways but it didn’t bother me much as I just needed rest period. Bed was comfy, loved the bathroom modern look. Aside from hearing the area wasn’t the best, i’d probable book again.

This is a budget hotel which is situated in a rough area and the furniture is partly broken. They take a deposit of you and want a further deposit for coat hangers! That said, they cleaned the room everyday and the staff are pleasant. The area around the hotel is run down and the hotel has some low quality guests - noisy and the rooms smell of smoke / **** I was forced to this hotel because the one I booked could not honour my booking. It was ok but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Great location very close to the subway station. They have parking as well as plenty of street parking is open almost all day long is a strong plus. Both staff & reception are Very welcoming helpful.

Two notes: - the hotel doesn't have bathroom facilities for it's employees. They relieve themselves in the street in front of the hotel. - the hotel is next to a school bus depot. The depot starts it's activities at 5.30am and the activities involve loud outdoor PAs. You won't be able to sleep last 5.30am
