房間小，地理位置方便

Der Aufenthalt war super. Personal sehr freundlich und professionell. Wir mussten zwar einmalig umziehen, weil das erste Zimmer nicht besonders toll war, es war direkt über der Hotel-Bar, dadurch war es immer wieder zu laut, die Tür nebenan wurde die ganze Nacht zu geknallt und die Lüftungsanlage direkt vor dem Fenster war zu laut. Nachdem wir das bemängelt haben, wurde uns freundlicherweise ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Mit dem neuen Zimmer waren wir absolut zufrieden. 10 von 10!

We got a very good deal on a one bedroom suite. Living room is very nice, bedroom and bathroom are a bit small. Bed is very comfortable. The Agency restaurant is next door and not actually connected to the hotel. It is very loud, very dark, and the menu seemed to be just appetizers. Very odd. We ended up eating at Wokuni, which was very good. The neighborhood is very convenient to transportation.

This was our second stay at The Renwick & we enjoyed it as much as the first time. Room was cozy & the bed was super comfortable. Location 2 blocks from Grand Central made it convenient for traveling around. Staff was particularly helpful & went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend the Renwick!

Came for the weekend to enjoy Broadway shows and this hotel was within walking distance of the theater district. Loved the comfy bed and spacious shower. Hotel is next door to a wonderful lounge and small coffee shop. Lots of dining options around the corner and grand central station is right across the street.

Not so great, the room had no air conditioning, sockets didn’t work, no light bulbs in bedside lamps and body wash was empty in the shower . Room was hot so uncomfortable at night to sleep. Hotel lobby smelt of **** when we came in at night . Staff were friendly and great location

Awful experience - non-responsive GM regarding my room not having the heat working - front desk that could care less about the inconvenience- extreme noise surrounding the hotel - one of the worst customer service experiences ever -STAY AWAY!
