Beautiful historic building and reasonably priced for Brooklyn area. However, we wouldn’t stay here again. Michelle, the host, was very friendly, but not very available. She didn’t reply to phone or email messages in a timely way, During our 5 night stay we only saw her once when we checked in and once by accident when we checked out. Poor communication about important details like check in/check out times, location of kitchenette (up on top floor), how to access a paid breakfast, etc. We were never given the wifi password, and the tv didn’t work (antennae fell off wall first night we were there. Stairs and hallway are very creaky and loud.

My first time in the Brooklyn area, and i just had to stay in a lovely brownstone, and this wa it. The hostess, Michelle, was very accommodating, helpful and friendly . The loaction was so handy to many places. I felt safe, and everything in the place was immaculately clean, especially the bathrooms, and kitchen areas. I will return for sure !!
