凡維克車站套房飯店 - 近約翰甘乃迪國際機場(Van Wyck Hotel & Suites Near JFK Airport)

Trip.com had this hotel rated as “outstanding”. I’m in total disbelief. I’ve stayed at hotels for half the month for the last 17 years. This was hands down the worst hotel I stayed in in my life. The entire hotel smelled of *********.No hangers, no closet, water leaking in bathroom, wall paper peeling, no ironing board. Completely disgusting place! Oddly enough, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the room wasn’t clean, smelled bad and the sink had hair in it. There was a tv without remote, a little fridge that was out of service and the room lacked at least a clothing rack. It was very difficult to sleep because our room was very close to the reception which was way too loud with people talking loudly. I have to say that the receptionists were friendly and helpful.

Era inconveniente, ya que llegué al hotel y me dijeron que no había estacionamiento y que tenía que dejar mi coche afuera o mirar, fui a cancelar mi reserva y no querían e incidentalmente dijeron que si había estacionamiento y pago y todo era mentira, solo veían el dinero y el beneficio de ellos, no de los huéspedes

Procuramos um local próximo ao aeroporto JFK e realmente é bem perto. Só que a região é meio esquisita mesmo e estávamos em família, e os hóspedes não tem esse perfil. Tem cozinha mas não talheres, pratos ou panelas.

No me gustó absolutamente nada porque por el precio te alojan como en el sótano y no es limpio pedí que me movieran a otro piso porque tenia niños y dijeron que no podían por el precio que avía pagado

The staff is rude, their hotel rooms are not clean, looks very nice on the outside. They don’t tell you all charges in advance and the. While your staying there attempt to keep charging your card for unknown charges… I woke up and I had mice droppings in my bed. They wanted to give a new mattress not acknowledge the droppings, then they moved us in a next room where the sink was falling apart. Then the tub when you take a shower fills up with water doesn’t drain. We left before our reservation was up, I do not recommend this hotel.

It was a good experience very clean I did however leave a makeup bag there can you guys call me if you found it
