The hotel is very nice, excellent location and 5*.
My issue was with their chef. You can't make it up. He refused to make me oatmeal with milk! With water only. No amount of persuasion would change his mind. And the person on the phone (room service) was rude. The manager tried to save the day but by then I was mad as I had a call and when a different breakfast arrived it came in the middle of a video call and was cold by the time I got to it.
Not happy. They need to fire this obstinate chef and to remember that the customer is (almost) always right
