Stayed here recently only was charged $50 for security deposit so that’s what I came prepared to spend and they tried to charge me $200 deposit for each room I had booked and on top of that staff was very rude

I’m am stupefied that this hotel is well rated. It is the most dated hotel I’ve stayed in in nyc. My tiny, fugly room fetches $400-550 on weekdays. For that kind of money I expect a rooftop bar, a garden, room service or an honor bar. SOMETHING nice. This didn’t even come with a free bottle of water and the note pad was a post-it. I am flabbergasted. For that kind of money are there are so many, much, much, nicer hotels to choose from with lovely amenities

Muy buen servicio y atención a clientes, la habitación muy buena, sin embargo la habitacion era una cama queen y un sofa cama, y el sofa cama no estaba en buenas condiciones, de resto todo excelente

We loved this hotel. Its clean and quiet! We were next to the elevator on the 18th floor and heard nothing. There was a quiet humidifier in the room and it smelled nice and clean. This was the complete opposite as the four points Sheraton which is almost next door. I’ll stay here for my future trips!

Very nice stay at Courtyard Marriott in Soho. Hotel is new, clean, quiet. Staff was helpful and very pleasant. Great location. I would stay here again.

I was pleased with the location of the hotel since it was in close proximity to Soho village area which offered a multitude of food and drink establishments and subway stations. We felt safe walking around the area even when returning to the hotel during late hours. However we were disappointed in how small the actual hotel and the rooms were. I have stayed in hotels in NYC in the past and the rooms were more spacious. Our view outside our room was lacking as it faced a dilapidated buidling with little natural light coming through. Unfortunately...housecleaning services were also lacking since we only had one day of their services for a 4 night stay. All in all... the overall hotel experience was decent.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay as the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. They assisted us in every which way they possibly could, for our trip to be a memorable one. Thank you!

Sohoの端に位置しており、ホテル周辺で身の危険を感じることもなく、部屋も広くて良かった。ジムも空いていて使いやすかった。
