It was an amazing hotel. Perfect location in Soho, close to great shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved all of the modern touches in the hotel.

I’d been wanting to stay here for years and I’m thrilled that I finally did. Everything from guest services to my room condition and bed, were top-notch!

Stayed at the Mercer many times and we love it. For the first time we didn't book the studio rooms (there weren't any left) and the queen size beds are really too small unless you're super in love or tiny. I think the mercer should rethink the bed sizes even in the lower category rooms. Other than that the hotel is wonderful, we love the design, its super clean, housekeeping is amazing and the bathroom is very nice with a nice shower (even though this time there were plumbing issues). I you wanna spend the money you should definitely stay there!

Front desk staff were wonderful, professional, gracious and fun to talk with. Room was great - everything you need. Excellent shower pressure and body spray, giant bathtub that filled quickly, Christian Liaigre’s interiors have withstood the test of time - your own modern artists loft in the middle of Soho in the beautiful Astor building. Can’t say enough about all the staff from the door people to the room attendants to the front desk staff. A wonderful memorable time!!

The Mercer Hotel in Soho is my absolute NEW favorite place to stay in New York City. This boutique hotel exudes luxury and charm in a prime Soho location. The rooms are exquisite, the service impeccable, and the central location is perfect for exploring the city. Excellent restaurant! Mercer Hotel offers a complete and unforgettable NYC experience.

Friendly, inviting.. clean.. good vibe, step ourside and shop.

Very nice and helpful staff. Rooms are not bad but their service and location compensates for it
