We had a 3-night stay booked and after 1 night, I woke up with a few bites on me. After night #2, I had even more and suspected bedbugs. I reported it to the front desk and was offered 2 free breakfasts and an opportunity to move rooms, which we did. After night #3, I had even more bites! Upon checkout, I again reported my concern for bedbugs to the front desk who offered to have the general manager call me. I provided my name and contact information and never received a call about this! Upon returning home, the new bites stopped showing up and fortunately all were gone within 2 days. I am a healthcare provider and have seen bedbug bites before and am convinced that is what I experienced. It's for these reasons, I would not recommend this hotel as they have a bedbug problem.
