金伯利飯店(The Kimberly Hotel, WorldHotels Elite)

호텔 컨디션이 괜찮았습니다. 메인 중심가에서는 걸어서 15-20분 정도 걸리지만 그정도는 충분할 정도로 좋은 조건입니다.

The Kimberly was great! Super convenient to all things on the East side. Our room was HUGE with more than everything we needed. A 1-BR suite with a kitchenette, it offered so much more space than a typical NYC hotel, for a lower price than most comparable hotels. The beds were so comfortable, and for NYC, the room was quiet. Although the decor is rather dated, it is a beautiful hotel with excellent service. Actually, I don't think I will stay anyplace else again.

One of the best hotel in manhattan, hands down! I stayed with two of my 3 yr old and 2 yr old and wifey, it was the best experience and spacious room you can ever get, excellent owner and staff, super friendly! Will always stay here when I visit New York. I recommend this to people who appreciate quality stay when you leave your home’s comfort zone.

This hotel was like an oasis from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan. Close enough to walk to major attractions but far enough away too. Rooms were clean and spacious. Complimentary bottled waters. Room refreshed every day. Kind and helpful staff. I’ve never stayed at the Plaza but this is what I imagine it would be like. I’m so pleased I chose The Kimberly. The upstairs bar was charming. The entire hotel was so prettily dressed up for the holidays. 1000% recommend this hotel.

We had a 3-night stay booked and after 1 night, I woke up with a few bites on me. After night #2, I had even more and suspected bedbugs. I reported it to the front desk and was offered 2 free breakfasts and an opportunity to move rooms, which we did. After night #3, I had even more bites! Upon checkout, I again reported my concern for bedbugs to the front desk who offered to have the general manager call me. I provided my name and contact information and never received a call about this! Upon returning home, the new bites stopped showing up and fortunately all were gone within 2 days. I am a healthcare provider and have seen bedbug bites before and am convinced that is what I experienced. It's for these reasons, I would not recommend this hotel as they have a bedbug problem.

I liked the location, the size of the accommodation (we had a bedroom, living room and kitchen) and the service. The staff was very friendly and helped us out a great deal (a special thank you to MD and Cheryl for their excellent service!). We could always ask for anything.
