泰迪紐爾飯店(Teddy's Residential Suites New Town)

Ok stay. Thermostat in the room was not working. Hotel did not have bottled water for sale. Food in the restaurant/ lounge was very good.

1st room they gave us was all torn apart and a complete mess. All furniture was on top of beds, garbage and TV box left in room, stovetop torn apart, and cleaning supplies left everywhere. Waited in line for an hour while desk clerk was helping another party check in.. other desk clerk was gone for over 45 minutes on a break I was still in line waiting when she returned. I was given a new room which smelled strongly of mildew and/or cleaning products the smell was overwhelming. The shower was dirty and long black hairs left in it. Front desk clerk also mentioned a recent gas line leak. The pool had been “out of order” the hotels entire 10 years of existence. The restaurant had a limited menu and we waited an hour for our waitress to return between drink orders. Giant commercial fans in restaurant(water main leak?) I’ve stayed at this hotel almost yearly since it was built and I can attest to the fact that it’s gone way down hill and I would not recommend it will not be back. Drive the extra distance to Minot for your hotel.

Our Television wasn't working in our room so we went down stairs to get help the ladies were very helpful n did every thing they could to help, some guy came to the room n didn't do much to help the situation but this guy had really bad bad body order that got us sick but we will be back for a stay

Employee was rude upon check in. Not friendly. Poor water pressure. Restaurant was good but more expensive than it was good.

Toilet seat was cracked in half and duck taped, literally had to sit on duck tape with one cheek. Definitely would have not passed health depar**ent inspection. Had no choice but to stay there for the night. Rugs in the room were filthy dirty, had to wear socks to walk around…should have taken pictures.

Hotel was short staffed in house keeping, which lead to not being able to check in at 430. Around 6 o'clock we was checked in to the room, and upon entering room, it was filthy, stink uncleaned. Trashed basically. So back to the front desk in which, the worker did have an attitude, finally a sorta clean room was provided.

Awful didn’t get the room we reserved room was not clean could not even get towels to shower never anyone at the front desk says call a number it rings the front desk no one’s there place is awful do not stay here

Poorly designed hotel. Number on suite had fallen off and was face down on floor entire time. No phone in room. Reported to front desk on Tuesday and still nonphone by Saturday. Housekeepers were very helpful, front desk crew were terrible. Would never stay again.

T at the front desk was great; all staff were kind and attentive.
