新奧爾良東舒適套房飯店(Comfort Suites New Orleans East)

Staff was friendly and helpful when checking in. We got to our room and the lock didnt work. Easy fix they were quick to get us into another room. In the new room the refrigerator didnt work and the bathroom sink wouldnt turn off, sincewe booked two rooms and didnt want to be far from eachother we didn'tchange rooms again. There were black stains on the floor and paint chipping on the walls. I will say the beds were comfy but the pillows were a bit strange, they were only half the size of a regular pillow. The breakfast is what you would expect. They gym didnt look like it had been cleaned in sometime. I probably will not stay at this hotel again.

Great customer service. The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The wallpaper in the rooms need some attention. The carpet is cleaned but it needs to be replaced as it smells old.

Stayed two nights and given rating was expecting nice clean hotel and room. First room on second floor had bad smell like smoking had been done very recently or was coming through the AC. They moved us to another room on third floor. Third floor was much better - clean and smelled good. Location was so so.

This hotel is very nice! Very clean, lovely furnishings, plenty of amenities, and awesome front desk person at check in. We will stay here again for sure.

Great hotel at a great price too. Comfy beds. Bathroom floor could been cleaner but it wasn’t bad, just dirty corners. Overall, I was very happy.

I didn't like the breakfast eggs were floating in water and bacon was too greasy.

The pictures on the website are deceiving. The pictures make the hotel look nicer than it is. The lobby was nice but the hotel had a damp smell. Our room smelled and felt damp as well. The bathroom was really outdated. It had outdated wallpaper and some was peeling off and had water marks. The countertop was yellow and the sink faucet was old. Our sink got clogged only by brushing our teeth and the tub when we showered. We notified the late night clerk and he didn't offer to get it fixed or change our room so we got stock with that. I was not happy and I wished I had booked my stay somewhere else. I do not recommend this hotel and I will not stay in this hotel or chain ever again. The only positive thing was the clerk that checked us in, she was really nice.

Ligths on the bathroom sometimes works,refrigerator not working at all,and the room smells very bad.

Had a wonderful stay. Strongly recommend a stay at this hotel.
