比恩維爾之家飯店(Bienville House)

The staff was very friendly. Beverly, at the front desk, when I checked in was very nice. Dewayne was very helpful as a valet and also helped us with our bags. The location is great, situated between the French Quarter and the Warehouse District. Lots of places of interest and great places to eat in every direction. I highly recommend.

We arrived at 2:30 AM and there was somebody to guide us with a check in and how to get to our bedroom. Our bedroom was impeccable, same as the bathroom. This hotel has kept the old style and it is a very charming place that is kept really nice.  The room was very comfortable. It also has the old style and it is very cozy and nice.  The bathroom in our room is 100% remodeled and it is now really nice We stayed for three days and during our stay, we were never bothered by knockings on the door or anything like that. It’s a very nice and quiet place to stay. We were very happy with the way the room is set up and the way it is decorated, and it is good to mention that the bed was also set up really nice and it is a very comfortable bed  We did not have the chance to eat in the hotel, or to use the bar but everything looked really nice to us. Overall, we were very happy throughout our stay, and we would recommend this place fully.

Buen hotel, excelente ubicación para conocer la ciudad, cómodas habitaciones, personal amable y dispuesto a colaborar.

The place was nice the location was great however there was no AC in the room it was super hot. I would like to be contacted by a rep because the stay was not comfortable at all got no sleep.

Had an amazing stay at Bienville House during Mardi Gras! We were safe, within walking distance of the parades, but in a quiet area. It was amazing and we will be coming back if we get the chance to visit NOLA again!

Very much enjoyed my short stay at this property. The staff were super welcoming and made us feel special. The beds were great which is important to me and sometimes harder to find in NOLA. I would definitely stay here again.

The property needs a update, the area is amazing, the hotel is on the heart of french quarter, but you have better options for the same price.

Location is great and the staff are there to help. We needed a fan for some background noise and it was in our room before we got back from lunch.
