Fantastico. Camere pulitissime, zona servita da ogni cosa, ristoranti, farmacie, negozi, vicinissima alle dimore storiche del Garden District. Personale incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, se avete un auto a noleggio c'è il parcheggio al coperto incluso. Non riesco a trovare un difetto. Il prezzo è largamente al di sotto della qualità. Tutto eccellente. P.S. attraversate la strada e il tram n 12 vi porta dritti al French Quarter. Che altro aggiungere? Grazie!

The staff it’s incredible. Very welcoming , friendly. Answer all my Questions. Rooms clean and property very well kept. Front desk employee Mr. Leonce Boothe made my stay unforgettable. He is the best!! Will definitely will stay again in this Hotel.

Arrived around 3am and check in was super easy and quick. Staff was very kind and helpful! $15 parking was a huge plus! It was my first time in New Orleans and it was a quick trip but i’m already ready to come back and stay here again! Definitely recommend!

It's definitely worth the money. This hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants, stores bars, public transportation etc. Give them a try. We were not disappointed. Note this rating was for our experience your experience might vary.

Gross! The Saint Charles Coach House was a zero in my book! Terrible service at the front reception during checkin. No evening staff. The property felt dirty, tired and left for dead. When I got to my room, if felt sorely disappointing vs the pictures that led me to believe the place would be cool and nice. The sofa in my room had all sorts of gross stains on it (old worn in stains, not something that housekeeping could have necessarily fixed). I couldn’t bring myself to sit on it. Needless to say, I never unpacked. Instead I cut my losses and booked a room on the fly at the Ponchartrain Hotel nextdoor. At the time I was originally booking the room, the price of a king suite was roughly the same as the Ponchartrain. I don’t know if my experience here was unique, but the Pontchartrain hotel is hands-down 100 X better.

I so enjoyed my stay at this cute little hotel in the great city of New Orleans. The room was comfortable and the bed was firm. Most importantly, the staff was wonderfully friendly-they asked what I was planning to do on different days, how my visits to museums were, recommended things that they liked, and interacted in a friendly and warm way with everyone. Different people worked the desk at different times, and they were all nice, caring and interesting people with good sense of humor. I am planning to return next year to Jazz Fest, and this will be my hotel. .

Nice room. Day staff great. Evening was noisy. A group of teenagers were allowed to congregate in the hall all evening past 1030. I had to go out and yell at them. We chose this hotel because it was away from the french quarter and the madness. The next morning the teens and there group again were congregating in the hall. For the 350 a night i would expect some peace and quiet when i try to sleep. I cannot recommend staying here. Im going to ask for a partial refund. I could have stayed at the ramada for much less and got a better night sleep.

Amazing stay. Staff was friendly and courteous and made us feel very welcome. Hotel is located on the St Charles street car line with easy access to transportation. There is also a stop across the street for the hop on hop off city bus tour line. Ask Leonce at the front desk for place to go or eat he always has great suggestions.

Great location and great stay. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful! Love being able to park close by. Room was clean and comfortable with plenty of room.
