야간에 근무 하는 아담은 정말 친절했습니다. 처음 방문하는 뉴올리언즈에 문의가 있다면 꼭 꼭 아담에게 도움을 요청하세요. 룸 컨디션은 출장자에게 적합했습니다. 매일 아침 조식은 기대 하지 않는 것이 좋습니다. 룸 청소는 2일에 1번정도 이루어 졌습니다. 총 5일 머무는 동안 조금 많이 아쉬웠습니다.

Air conditioning was really slow, no fridge & no coffee maker.

Voici les problèmes qui sont survenus durant mon séjour - Chambre non disponible à 16h - Carte d'accès qui ne fonctionne pas (4 allée retour de ma chambre au lobby pour avoir une carte fonctionnelle) La solution fut une carte passe-partout qui donne accès à toutes les chambres - Douche qui ne draine pas. De l'eau par dessus les pieds. Bref, manque de sérieux. Je vous recommande de choisir un autre hôtel. Par contre le secteur est très bien !

One of our worst NOLA stays ever. Air conditioner didn't work, tub didn't drain, front desk refused to answer calls. We eventually came down from the top floor to request a different room with a working AC since it's literally 100 degrees outside and all they offered was a fan.

My stay was below-par. On the plus side: reasonable walking distance to Essence Festival at Superdome; bed was very comfortable. On the minus side: no wifi till Day 2; bath did not drain well even with shower water; bath not cleaned on 1 day; front desk not always manned; 1 out of 2 lifts working; you had to request toilet paper, which housekeeping said they supply 1 roll at a time.

Adam at the front desk was great. The other staff were short and unhelpful. We asked where to get water and the girl at the front gave us directions to a store a 15 minute walk away. If Adam is not working the “be back in a minute” sign seems to always be up and no one picks up the front desk phone. We called the front desk 3 times for towels and no one answered so we went downstairs. We went down at 10:40pm and the “be back soon” sign was up so we waited. It wasn’t until 10:55pm that Adam came in for his 11pm shift. He immediately apologized that there was no one at the front desk to assist us and got us towels right away (even though his shift didn’t start yet). The other girl probably went home early and just abandoned ship. The hotel itself needs improvement. Our room had soapy floors and it felt slimy the whole stay. The countertop was broken and it was super dusty under the beds meaning that it’s not very throughly cleaned. We also found a giant roach in the bathroom on night one and the carcass (yes we killed it) stayed with us all three nights despite the beds being made and towels being replaced. Decent location to all the major attractions though. Would not rebook. Adam was the only good thing. Give him a raise and hire more cleaners.

Oof. This was a rough go from the beginning. A lot of "little things" added up over our four-night stay that were just wholly unacceptable, especially at $359/night. We were sent to a dirty room upon checkin, moved to a clean room that didn't have properly working a/c or a shower that drained. Moved again to another room, where the toilet ran incessantly. Our key cards kept deactivating, so we were constantly back at the front desk to get them reactivated - and not one time did anyone ever ask for so much as our name to crosscheck against the reservation - a real safety concern. Our room was not cleaned two days, despite multiple requests. Walls are thin. And, the bar, for which we had drink vouchers, was closed when it was posted that it should be open. Apathetic front desk attendants, who were frequently head-down on their cell phones, were ever much help. We were never even so much as greeted upon entry/exit by hotel staff. Overall, extremely disappointing, especially for the premium Jazz Fest weekend prices we paid. I understand there's a new GM. Hopefully he can turn it around.
