聖查爾斯大廈RL飯店(Maison Saint Charles by Hotel RL)

I pretty 🤩 much loved this place! It was everything we needed for an impromptu and stressful trip to New Orleans! The pool is small but good size for a family and guests to share if they’re willing. We sunbathed, we swam, we could walk to get food, and even get on the trolley 🚎 to handle business. I would definitely come back! 🫶🏽⚜️🫡🚎🛫🧳✈️🥳🥹👍🏽🫶🏽 I LOVE trip.com they have constantly found me THEE best deals EVERYTHING even internationally!

This hotel has SO much potential. But, it’s beyond dirty and rundown. Luckily we only spent one night there and zero time in the hotel room with the exception of sleeping. The furniture is old, stained, and literally just needs to be thrown away. The floors were dirty and I made the mistake of moving the curtain to look out the window only to find dead bugs, hair, etc. I wouldn’t walk in the room without shoes on because it was obvious that the floors hadn’t been cleaned in some time. The shower had zero water pressure or hot water. The bed was relatively comfortable and our neighbors were quiet-so we did sleep well. However, due to the lack of cleanliness-there is NO way I’d stay here again.

We got no sleep 3 nights in a row. The staff could have cared less. The guests around us were yelling, laughing, screaming, banging things all night long. It was like a constant party. When we complained there was absolutely no response. It was as if it was expected behavior and they didn't understand what we were upset about.

I had a reservation there but when I arrived they couldn't check me in due them having a "computer issue". One would think that there be a work around for such occurrence. They offered no help. It was late at night and had to find somewhere else to stay. Horrible experience

This hotel was by far the most expensive and worst experience I have ever had with staying somewhere. There was slimy gunk on the floor, a shower that sprayed all over the floor, multiple brown stains on the walls, the thinnest walls, and semi-sheer curtains for a complete lack of privacy. When telling the staff of the major concerns they essentially told me they don't care since I won't be staying there again anyway. Worst hospitality experience I have ever had. For the cost of this place you can find something much nicer and closer to places of interest. Plus, those places might want less than $30 to park and $15 for breakfast. I would recommend no one stay at this place.

THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL IN THE WORLD!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. Staff is disrespectful, careless about customers. They only give you a room and that´s all they do for you. They dont even call you a taxi o say "hi". A night for free in there is even expensive.

The valve for the price is terrible I've stayed at motel 6 that was better than this place I mean why would you make us pay for parking when your charging 230 dollars a night. Totally ruined our anniversary.
