Holiday Inn Express 新奧爾良東(Holiday Inn Express New Orleans East)

뭐니뭐니해도 호텔예약에서 가장 중요한건 브랜드인거같아요 . 홀리데이인은 역시 이번에도 만족을 줍니다..ㅎㅎㅎ

The staff was amazing! Property was clean other than the pool when we arrived. Pool was green but they did get it cleaned and ready to swim before we left, although it could of been bigger! Our favorite paart was their breakfast.. it is so yummy!

When we arrived, warm cookies were just being put out, I knew right then I made the right choice of hotels:-). We had a great one night stay with the family. I could have used a mattress topper to add to the pullout sofabed but overall, it was a good experience. I appreciated the hot breakfast before hitting the road back home. The staff was friendly and gave excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing.

Asked for a extra pillows and the desk clerk says let me check. When we came back she says you can have ONE like it’s a big favor. Well I fractured my back and needed the support. Floors into and out the f the elevator were so misaligned it knocked your suitcase over when pulling through. Smelled so strongly of bleach in the lobby it was nauseating. Toilet holder broke and just propped. Bed was comfortable.

We were told upon arrival not to go outside at night time because it wasn't safe, that the doors to the hotel were locked 24/7 for this reason. I requested a refund for the remainder of our stay as we wanted to be closer to downtown and out of the 'hood. The manager told me she would check with her manager and get back to me. I called her after time had oassed as we were trying to book another hotel and she told me she hadn't yet heard back from her manager. She never got back to me. The next day, she pretended like I never made a request for a refund. Extremely disappointed with Holiday inn Express. We have stayed with them many times but will be staying elsewhere in the future.

Watch out when you stay here, my husband and I stepped out of the room for a smoke break and when we can back my husbands jewelry was missing, we even said we don’t need house keeping to clean but they still entered our room

We found bedbugs in our room!!! And they had the nerve to make it hard for us to get a refund. Stay away.

I was not satisfied with our stay. I requested "turn-down service" and was told it was all taken care of, however after a full day of walking tours we returned to a room to find beds not made and no fresh towels. The front desk attendant said because of Covid-19 protocols they are not providing 'turn-down service", however when housekeeping came to the room to replace our towels they weren't wearing a mask or gloves to retrieve our soiled towels. So disappointed...
