新奧爾良藝術維爾豪斯區萬豪飯店(New Orleans Marriott Warehouse Arts District)

We were only there briefly but the hotel was fine. A little far from the quarter but we knew that. Our only issue was trying to get checked in. Since you can't check in until 4, as is with most hotels, there is no place to pull up to unload your luggage . You have to park in the middle of the street and wait along with us to be able to give the car to a valet and check in. There were no luggage carts outside either. I am sure it is normal as i understand businesses are still having trouble hiring help. But all the staff we encountered and including parking attendants were very helpful and friendly

It was very close to where I needed to go. However, I was downgraded to a less expensive room when I checked in because they "had no king rooms available". But I wasn't given a credit or anything for this, just basically told tough luck.

While the hotel is beautiful and in a great location, the service after the stay matters and was horrible. They double charged us for our room. Then after trying to contact them several times to get it fixed, accounting never called back. We could not get a hold of anyone that could help us.

Beautiful rooms. Lots of weddings and large groups at this busy hotel. Breakfast is delicious but expensive although the quality and portion size will set you up until evening time!!

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at!!!I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!!! From the beautiful building, friendly and professional staff, to the very luxurious room- it was all a “10” out of “10”… love it!!!!!

First, the staff was amazing. They were friendly; knowledgeable about what to do for first-time visitors; My wife and I could not get enough of the music that played throughout the lobby; breakfast at the hotel was delicious; great conversations with staff and the staff at starbucks; food options are endless and in walking distance. The lobby is beautiful and what a way to end a day, start a day or take a break from touring. We are so so so glad we picked this Marriot for our visit.

It was a perfect location for a one night stay before our cruise. Its super close to the port and we could see our ship from our room :) the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and really nice, the surrounding area looked a bit sketchy at night but we walked home and had no issues :) overall, i would recommend this hotel 😀

Everything was amazing. The only downfall was no microwave in the room. Also there is no parking available and the valet parking is quite expensive having to pay each day of your stay.
